“I shop at AutoRilly regularly and have been a loyal customer for a long time. I was there again yesterday to purchase parts and tools.
Overall, I like the store and appreciate the products and service it provides. However, I have noticed that the store managers are often not welcoming or friendly. He usually do not greet customers when they enter or say goodbye when they leave. A simple “hello” and “thank you” can make a big difference in the customer experience.
I hope management will address this issue by encouraging employees and managers to be more courteous and welcoming. Friendly customer service is just as important as having quality products, and I believe it would make the shopping experience even better.”

“Came here to get a new windshield wiper. My dispensers were having issues. They helped install the wiper and helped diagnose and fix the dispensers for the windshield wiper fluid. Tony was a huge help! Great store and I will suggest this store to anyone who asks. Thank you!”
