“Kevin went out of his way to get my screen fixed! He did a great job and the best part was he gave me an approximate time to come back to pick the phone up. We all know how important this is when you don’t have a phone on you and you are short on time. Well he delivered! Only about an hour to get the phone fixed! Highly recommended to deal with Kevin at this location! You did a great job ! THANK YOU 🙏”

“I shop at AutoRilly regularly and have been a loyal customer for a long time. I was there again yesterday to purchase parts and tools. Overall, I like the store and appreciate the products and service it provides. However, I have noticed that the store managers are often not welcoming or friendly. He usually do not greet customers when they enter or say goodbye when they leave. A simple “hello” and “thank you” can make a big difference in the customer experience. I hope management will address this issue by encouraging employees and managers to be more courteous and welcoming. Friendly customer service is just as important as having quality products, and I believe it would make the shopping experience even better.”

“Jonovan (AWESOME AND SPEAKS ENGLISH)! O'REILLY'S is from Missouri about as American As It Gets so why can't your employees speak English or need an interpreter to take care of your customers and why so disrespectful? He is the only reason I purchase parts here.”
