The community-first energy is unmistakable. It’s the kind of place where locals linger over a pint, the staff and regulars greet each other by name, and newcomers are instantly welcomed into the fold without a shred of beer-snob pretension. Wish we had one in our town.. Highly recommend!

Wanted to sit outside and enjoy the river’s beauty. OMG…felt so special on my birthday with the extra large cheesecake dessert. Heard they have private, tent dining outside in winter…can’t wait.

Quite the opposite, in fact. The food is fresh and delicious and the staff is fabulous. I don’t know why those who complain don’t just tell the people who work there, which I’m sure they would happily take care of. Instead, they come on here like petulant 5 year olds and complain ( we do get a lot of entitled people up here!) Anyway, this place is great, don’t miss it if you’re in Silverthorne! Go Enza’s!

253 Summit Place, SilverthorneThey have so many gluten free treasures here! They offer a gluten free bread, bagel, and wrap. The bread and bagel are canyon bakehouse brand. We tried the gluten free breakfast burrito and it was delicious! I haven’t been able to enjoy a burrito in sooooo long. The pumpkin bar was amazing- seriously one of the best frostings I’ve had on top of it, and I will definitely be back to try other gluten free desserts (there are so many to try here!)
