“We called to see about propane refill for our R.V. the gentleman who answered the phone stated they did and they would rearrange the vehicles to accommodate us even though they were closing in 10 minutes. Very helpful.”
“The employees were very friendly and helpful. The truck was very inexpensive for us. We moved only a few miles. The $1.40 per mile would add up if you went far, but I assume they have different deals for long distance. The truck was clean. Lost one star for having 8 more miles on the odometer than what was on the contract. I didn't check until I was 3 miles away and didn't want to go back for approx $10 bucks.”

I can’t say enough good things about the customer service here! It was literally the last 15 minutes of the day, and I was in a bind—living on propane for heat and hot water means when the tank runs low, it’s urgent. Christian was an absolute lifesaver! He greeted me with kindness, stayed professional, and didn’t rush the process even though it was closing time. “Have an inside unit for over 6 months. Love everything about the security and the employees here. They always answer questions and willing to assist. Security it perfect,with alarms and double passwords and you can even drive your vehicle into the place to more security measures while you unload and take trips without worries. Each unit has an alarm so if you don't put the password in, it will scream when it's opened. Cameras and well Tempered inside. Will keep this unit for long time.”
