“I just wanted to update my negative review from bad to good. The previous service manager of this location had replaced my bad transmission with another bad transmission, and every attempt I made at reaching out, in return I received crickets. A few weeks ago I had left a bad review because after nearly a year no one had contacted me or even attempted to address my issue. But the very next day after I left that review the new service manager of the location, named Brittany, reached out to me and was basically my angel on earth. She had me bring the car in that week and they have gone above and beyond to fix my issue. She has been very communicative and just a pleasure to work with. I don't feel like I'm getting ripped off and I feel heard; I even left my car with her without a receipt or anything because I get a completely trustworthy vibe. A lot of places like to rip off the woman, I hate to say that but it is a fact, and in this situation that is not the case. I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of or anything else. She has been such a blessing and I 100% recommend this company to anyone for any issues that you maybe having with your vehicle. They are reasonably priced and they will go above and beyond for you. So thank you Brittany...You will have my repeated business.”

Being a professional class A driver for over 20 yrs I have to tip my hat to them. One time over 10 yrs ago in Austin Texas my mechanic got a DWI test driving my pickup, I was there the next day ( worked 100 miles away)...... cost me 495.00!!! I walked funny all week. lol I have some towing experience and I'm not sure I'd want to do it in this weather that cheap! GREAT PLACE”

“We blew a tire last weekend on our car. Emergency roadside took it to the dealership. They were not going to be able to fix it till Wednesday. We called Walt's and they were very responsive. The whole experience was positive from talking to Sandy at the office over the phone or talking to Brian the tow truck driver. Hopefully I do not need another tow anytime soon , but if I do I will call Walt's towing.”
