“I've had nothing but good experiences with this business. I received a windshield replacement a few months ago at a fair price. They came to my residence and the work was done in a timely manner. Since then I was able to bring my vehicle in twice for chip repairs at no cost to me and it was very easy and fast. On the 2nd repair, they noticed that the windshield was not sitting properly and they came out to repair it or replace it entirely. They were able to repair my existingwindshield very quickly with no issues and at no cost to me other than a little time. I appreciate the attention to detail and desireto make sure the work is done correctly. Also, very friendly and professional front desk staff and service people.”

“Many thanks to Jeff, Bree, and team and Autoimage 360! I would describe the work performed as meticulous expertise! I have had work completed here multiple times and I have a confidence that the work required will be carefully analyzed and the best solution applied. Most recently, I had wind damage to my vehicle. Jeff walked me through what was required to get the work completed well and exceeded his anticipated due date for completion.
I had prior repairs here as well for hail damage on one of our other vehicles. One of the large chain shops quoted cutting panels off and replacing them as part of their repair process. They, fortunately, had parts arrive damaged and then never called me back. When I inquired, they had not reordered the parts and had lost our information on the work needing to be performed after full turnover of staff at their facility. That’s when I found Autoimage 360 and I proceeded to have Jeff inspect our vehicle and he performed PDR work to restore the vehicle completely without replacing panels and losing our factory paint. The finished result was nothing less than excellent and back to new!!

“My electrical system went bonkers for whatever reason. I’m new to the state so I knew of no auto mechanic shops. I googled and found this business. Because I was afraid to drive my car to their shop, they had tow truck pick up my car. They told me the next day the issues with my car and provided a cost. They explained the number of day for repairs and they followed through with their estimate and days of service. I drove my car off their lot fully satisfied. They even gave me a free oil change.”

“Lawrence & his crew deserve 10 STARS!!! My husband's F150 Crew Cab was broken into at a Hilton near the Denver Airport, which he discovered at 730am as he was leaving for the airport. Three of us began calling Auto Glass shops in close proximity to the airport in hopes that he could catch a later flight to Florida. The Ford Dealership quote was twice as much without same-day service. Another shop was twice as much with same-day service, but he would miss the last flight option of the day. Of the 5 shops that I personally called, Lawrence was the only one who answered his phone! He was empathetic, professional, and was able to order the window from an area supplier, install it, and get my husband on his way, all prior to 12 noon & half the price! Don't waste your time trying to connect with Safelight just to be directed to their website, when you can support a locally owned business that prioritizes customer service, quality work, and efficiency at a reasonable price!”

When I called over the phone they were very understanding and helpful. we descused a very affortable price and the replace ment was quicker than imagined. Cleanliness 4/10 (about a week from install, still finding glass around and it keeps falling out of the tailgate where window was installed. Pulled vacuum out but never turned it on.)
Overall its what I needed. Could be better.
They will do the job and get it finished. Just not as clean as I have seen elsewhere.”

“When my car was broken into on a Saturday afternoon, the person had smashed my driver's side rear window... So I called this company Saturday afternoon for an estimate of cost and time. They were able to get me in on Monday. It was amazing! Their prices are incredibly reasonable. Their work is phenomenal. Without this shop, I would have paid almost $100 more and been waiting an additional 8 days for service elsewhere. I would absolutely recommend for any of your glass needs!”

“A bit late in writing this review. I visited my daughter in mid July 2026 and noticed a popped-out rear reflector and road rash on the rear of her Mazda CX5. I checked out various services for detailing and minor repairs, and Recon Center came up with consistent reviews. They took the car on a Saturday with less than one day's notice, even though it caused them to close two hours later than scheduled. The team did a great job; the car was completely detailed inside and out, spotless, almost like new. The road rash was buffed out; some touch-up paint was applied and buffed in. The result was an almost new car look! The team was so proud when I returned; I felt like I was unwrapping a Christmas present. Highly recommended. Owner-operator-run. Courteous and professional in all ways.”
