2400 N Lincoln Ave, LovelandI went to the Loveland Poudre Valley Pet and Feed store looking for hydrolyzed pup food. I walked through the door and asked the cashiers if they carried hydrolyzed food. Kira got very excited she showed me exactly where the food was in the store and told me that Poudre Valley management tests the cashiers on their product knowledge and I was the first person who asked her about hydrolyzed food. As I was leaving she told the other cashier all about the test. I truly appreciate Poudre Valley encouraging their cashier's to learn about the stores products and especially Kira for helping me so efficiently and enthusiastically. Well done Poudre Valley and Kira!!!

645 E Eisenhower Blvd, LovelandI have an elderly cat with health problems. Due to not being able to bathe her and a catastrophe of multiple things at once, my poor baby was a matted mess. I tried everything my vet recommended but some only made it worse. I tried to get her groomed at the vet, they said no. I tried multiple groomers just asking for a shave for the matts. No one wanted to take her on! Divine feline not only agreed, they saw her quickly and only did what she tolerated that not only made her loads comfortable but Matt free! Now my sweet old lady is more comfortable in her skin and doing more exploring rather than just sleeping because she feels better <3 love them!

Dr. Burgesser was wonderful—he was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand, and was so gentle and compassionate with my pet. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated how thorough and caring he was.
Dalissa was amazing as well. She was incredibly kind, patient, and very knowledgeable, which made me feel confident that my pet was in great hands. She took the time to answer my questions and made the whole visit feel comfortable and stress-free.
I’m really grateful for the care we received and highly recommend Animal Eye Center to anyone who wants excellent, compassionate eye care for their pets.

Aspen Companion & Exotics Animal Clinic
3904 W Eisenhower Blvd, LovelandHad a great experience with Dr. Dracos and her team. In my experience, it's difficult in most locales to find a capable exotics veterinarian. I brought in my female Uromastyx due to a reduction in appetite and defecation. Dr. Dracos recommended an X-Ray and promptly identified that the issue was a large bladder stone, and Pancake was scheduled for surgery within the week. I appreciated the low end/high end itemized cost estimates for surgery at the initial appointment as well. Dr. Dracos called me prior to the surgery to report the results of the bloodwork and responded to my email answering my prior-to-surgery questions. On discharge today, the lead tech spent about 20 minutes with me going over how to administer post-op meds (including offering for me to bring her in if I needed additional help) and answering additional questions I had + discussing another issue we need to monitor regarding Pancake's follicles. I appreciated how patient and helpful he was and that I did not feel rushed out the door. Pancake is now recovering at home.

714 N Taft Ave, LovelandMy female pug needed to be seen for an emergency spay as she had a severe pyometra. They had a cancellation and took her in without question. I brought her in to the vet in her bed which was gross because of said pyometra, when I came back to pick her up, they even had washed the bed!! Y’all I can’t even explain how grateful I am to the crew there, they took such great care of my little girl all day while she was coming out of surgery. And our other male pug, her “brother” (both were rescues from young age but at different times), hurt his neck last Friday. They were able to pencil him in quickly and it turns out his was likely a pulled muscle. They were very quick and able to treat him effectively and efficiently. Go here for your vet visits y’all. I cannot thank them enough.

Creature Comforts Pet Retreat
808 S County Rd 23E, LovelandCreature Comforts was mine and my pups' first experience with any kind of dog boarding, so we didn't really know what to expect. As a paranoid dog mom, the thought of leaving them alone for a week was terrifying to say the least, especially since one of our dogs tends to be a bit socially awkard.
During my very first phone call with Kenneth my worries were immediately put to ease! He explained everything EXTREMELY thoroughly, to the point where at the end my only question was "what time do we drop them off!"
I really liked that both my dogs could share a kennel, and had indoor/outdoor access all day. We also opted to add on a daily hike for them both, which they loved!
They gave us a little "report card" at the end, and even named a few of my dogs new friends, it was super cute! They opted to put my dogs with the more independent play group, since I told them one tends to be selective with rowdier dogs, and everything went great!
I have no doubts that my babies were well cared for and given lots of love during what I'm sure was an anxious week for them too. When we picked them up, they didn't even seem THAT excited to see us ? although i suspect they had play time shortly before pickup because they were absolutely exhausted and let me sleep in the the next morning!

Their facility is always clean and the staff is amazingly friendly and attentive. My dog is always hyped on daycare days and comes home tired from a long day of play.
I also really appreciate their reasonable policies around credits. There's no use-it-or-lose it nonsense or extra charges to bring lunch. Their process is simple and customer friendly.
I am very grateful to the whole K-9 Island team for the great service. :)

We ordered food from those menus and those restaurants brought the food to us. The vibe is open to gather with family and friends. Last, the staff was super friendly and helpful since it was our first time there.

Big Thompson Brewery
114 E 15th St, LovelandThis is the only brewery I know of, and I've been to a lot throughout Colorado, that not only doesn't make you feel like just a number but actually takes time to make you feel welcomed. I like the fact that they have some flagship beers but also cycle through different types and sometimes have experimental beers. Barb and Kurt, the owners will be there pouring and making beers. Barb is like the fun aunt/mother you had. All the other beertenders make you feel welcome and I've never seen them be rude to anyone. They have a lot of free events like bingo and triva but also have freindsgiving and Christmas events. I remember the first time I went to the Christmas event. They had Santa, a small business market, and new beers. They didn't charge to have pictures with Santa or a beer minimum. They paid to have Santa there but didn't charge. You really feel like family in this place. There's a wide group of people and everyone is welcome here but the average age I've seen is 40s to 50s. They also have hard seltzers, non alcoholic drinks, and food. It may be off the beaten path but it's worth the travel.

A few nights a week they have a fun social events including trivia. They have a fantastic large outdoor space with lots of seats and often have outdoor games like corn hole. Always seem to have fun when I’m here. Staff is friendly and service has been great.
