Ordered the brisket sandwich & added some swiss with a side of Mac & cheese, Colorado cubano with a side of sweet potato with cinnamon butter, & lastly a kids brisket plate with Mac & cheese & corn on the cob. Meat was cooked perfectly with slight pink & tender. *chefs kiss* ??

I don’t ski and was enjoying my day outside of the resort. Price was great. Talked to some nice folks from Oklahoma and enjoyed the vibe.

Every detail was so well thought out from the decor, amenities, location, food/drink menus, to the music and even Sunday morning cartoons playing while we enjoyed our delicious complimentary bagels and burritos. I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you to Susanne, Chef John, Emily, Chloe, Alex, Noah and everyone that made our stay extra special.
