An amazing amount of love for dogs in this town, and especially at this hospital. Kaia and I are both so grateful for our experience here.

123 E Colorado Ave, TellurideVery simply, my favorite restaurant in Telluride. I grew up in Telluride and still come home to visit often. We’ve seen countless restaurants come and go - La Cocina is timeless. The menu is so solid and so consistent. My favorite meal here is the field green salad with carne asada (extra cilantro lime dressing on the side). Like C’MON. So insanely good. It’s hard not to love their chips and salsa bar. Their enchiladas, vegan tamales, quesadillas and tacos are always a hit too. I cannot say enough good things about La Cocina.

We were staying in Mountain Village and I always love visiting local distilleries whenever we travel. I don’t believe they make anything at this location as it seemed to just be a tasting room/bar. It was still a little early in the afternoon so we had the whole place to ourselves. The bartender was super friendly and make some fantastic cocktails! I started the afternoon strong with their Rye Old Fashioned and my wife tried one of their mocktails, the Shandy. They actually had a really long mocktail lost so even if you aren’t in the mood for a cocktail, their mocktail options were fantastic. We both thoroughly enjoyed our drinks and we ended up hanging out for a while as the atmosphere inside was really great! We had a really nice time just the two of us although I would imagine this would be a great place for a group to come and grab some drinks! Great place, great cocktails, great experience - we’ll be back!

225 S Pine St, TellurideSmugglers is a small brewery that has exceptional craft beers and delicious food. We ate there twice during our stay and each of the meals was excellent. The dining area is SMALL and so calling ahead is a good idea to check on the wait. Everything is cooked to order. We had burgers, chicken, sweet potato fries and each item was delicious. Absolute must for a nice casual night out.

The price is reasonable and the taste of the beverage is nice. The parking is little tight however there’s ample outside street parking. Our group loved the coffee and tea here and enjoy the little chat.
