“This is super convenient for an early flight. Super new and clean and comfortable rooms. Nice and new. Very comfortable beds. Nice shower. Quiet for being right at the airport.
The lounge was great. Comfortable. Good snack options and drinks.
Walk out and into TSA in the morning.
The only complaint is that they currently don't really have a restaurant. It is under construction so they have a side room with tables and you can order some food. They were friendly and it was convenient but I would eat before arriving.”
“This Courtyard is ideally located near shopping, dining, and entertainment and has clean elegant suites. The property has amenities such as business area, bistro, cantina, gym, and swimming pool. The bistro boasts four spacious booths and ample two-party seating. Bar?is also available. This will definitely be my preferred spot whenever visiting or traveling through West Springfield, MA!”

I had an amazing experience at the Residence Inn by Marriott in West Springfield, MA. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. My suite was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. It felt like a home away from home. Housekeeping kept everything immaculate, and the entire property was quiet, clean, and well-maintained. I also loved the convenience of the location—close to stores, restaurants, and major highways, yet still peaceful and relaxing. Overall, the Residence Inn West Springfield delivered exceptional hospitality. The friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and high-quality amenities made my stay truly enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to staying again!”

“Looks are deceiving; this is a good motel. A great value - clean, lower cost, and good location. We had some apprehension when we chose it (online), but it was fine. It's an older building, and shows that in some regards, but much has been updated. For instance, our bathroom was COMPLETELY new, with new fixtures and nice quality tile - very nice! I'd stay again! :)”

“I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. It is located close to a lot of stores and restaurants. We stay there when we go to the casino. The rooms are clean and they serve an ok breakfast, usually eggs or pancakes with other food items to choose from, also coffee, tea and juice. Would recomend this hotel to friends, the staff is always friendly.”

“Great location for an overnight. Not multiples. “Poppi” at check in was fairly slow and more of a shopkeeper than a host. Didn’t seem concerned with efficiency but accuracy of billing. Nice enough person but another person worked the check in for another guest in half the time with a smile. Room was adequate had just been cleaned (maybe by the other clerk lady). Plain but price was right and location great. Several restaurant choices right around. Cracker Barrel out back door. Sophia’s across the street Subway. Breakfast was forgettable just basics. Shower hot brig your own shampoo since that stuff was very basic. Skimpy towels but they were clean.”

“the rooms are very spacious, with a full service kitchen. they also provide utensils, pots pans and community appliances (rice cooker, blender, food processer, etc). there's also a little concierge with affordable snacks, meal kits, and breakfast food for purchase.
my only complaint is that we had to replace the room key cards multiple times since after a few uses they'd stop working. but the male employee (i forgot to ask his name), was great and replaced them with no problem. also amazing guest service by sue! she was extremely accommodating with our situation”

“The hotel is newly renovated. It's nice. I missed my flight, so instead of driving home and coming back the next day, I decided to stay and invest in my time and energy. The walls are thin! I heard every word of my neighbors' late night fight. EVERY word! They offer free shuttle service to the airport. There is also dining, but I didn't eat at the hotel. I would recommend if you're needing a place to stay near BDL or in that area in general.”

“Jessica the Bartender is the absolute best! Great front staff. Rooms are clean, but slightly outdated (they're remodeling). Pool was down, but its winter and I was travelling overnight for business. Could see how it may be a dealbreaker if you're a family. Personally, I loved this place.”

“Even though this hotel is currently undergoing major renovations our stay here wasn't impacted at all by the work going on, our room was very clean and comfortable and the new owners and staff were super friendly. We were here for the multi-day RV show on the BIG E property across the street so the location was perfect for us to just walk back and forth, we'll definitely stay here again next year and look forward to seeing the progress of the renovations!”

“The room itself was very yellow due to lighting and wallpaper is peeling off the wall, the pool had a very strong oder of chlorine and the hot top was scorching. The receptionist was extremely kind to my group, we went down at 10:20 for help with opening a jar(yes ik its dumb) and he helped us with a big smile on his face, he was extremely kind and we sadly didnt get his name. I will add that there are some creeps, me and my sister were in the pool and a guy was watching us until we left but other than that it was well.”

“Great place to book for the price, staff are kind and quick to help you with anything you need! ? Love the 7/11 and McDonald's around the corner! Rooms are clean and neatly put together. Showers are great and feels like home.
Found a few bugs in the rooms downstairs but the staff were quick to apologize and give us new rooms upstairs and we haven't had issues or seen any since!”
“My night stay here was very pleasant. Don't expect the room to look prestine with brand new furnishings, but the bedding was comfortable, the shower was functional, my room was clean and everything was to expectation. Management is very nice and quick. No hassle over my deposit. Follow the rules (i.e. no smoking/vaping, don't steal stuff, etc) and zero issues. Plenty of parking, and it almost feels secluded smack in the middle of everything. Price is fair for what you're getting in my experience.”
“The staff and manager are always most respectful. The rooms are cleaned well by the employees. The only thing is the far walk from town, other than that you can guarantee it's the best your going to get anywhere for the price.”
“Rooms smelt weird, cigarette burns in carpet, chair, and bed. Bathroom door did not close all the way, or lock. Pretty dirty, a lot of sunflower seeds behind the tv stand.”
