“Had a tripped planned and a rental vehicle booked with Hertz. When we tried to pickup the vehicle from Hertz we were greeted with being told that our reservation was going to be cancelled due to a young driver issue even though we had already been charged for the reservation and our hotel booked. After calling all of the rental car companies in the area Enterprise was the only one that could accommodate us. We were treated with professionalism and respect. Thank you so much Jessica for helping us in a time of crisis!”
“John was very nice he picked me up at the auto body shop and brought me back to enterprise. Lexi was amazing. Very kind and informative. I had been having a hard time with securing a rental car through my insurance and I did end up having to wait but it thankfully was only about 25 minutes and a car was returned, they checked it out, cleaned it off and I was on my way very shortly after. Very nice team. Thank you Lexi for getting me into a car and on my way in a timely manner.”
“Place is pretty cool. Everything is no more than 1.50 and they have LOTS of items throughout the store and a huge selection, varied from A-Z, whatever you're looking for, more than likely, they will generally have it, or something similar enough to match it. Store is a lot of fun to browse through if you're curious, I highly recommend checking it out!!????”

“Honestly, I couldn’t get over what excellent customer service I received at this location. This may have been the most professional and knowledgeable associate at any rental car agency anywhere. As I was waiting for my vehicle to be prepared, I heard this gentleman take calls from other associates. I heard them speak to their clients and customers. Knowledgeable, professional, Excellent communication skills. Truly blew me away. In addition to this, my car was very nice, suited my needs and a minimal wait time that was spent in an air-conditioned waiting room. A very special thing to Daniel for going above and beyond.
It’s one thing to do your job, and it’s another thing to do your job exceptionally well while being able to treat everybody with kindness and respect. Like I said, may just be a rental car experience, but it really set the tone for my day.”

“Been here 3 times so far. Customer service has always been great. Feel in love with the first rental they gave me which was a big big up truck. Bronco not so much but for no fault of Hertz. Then I discovered they have rent to buy options. I like that I can tryout different cars to find the best fit for me. It seems like they have a decent variety of cars to pick from.”

“The best part about this location besides the convenience is the customer service from Leia, Laia, sorry not sure how it's spelt. She made my day with her sweet personality, patience and being a positive person even when there was a problem. She handles everything as unfortunately this place only has one person working at a time which needs to change especially for safety! Anyways, when you come to this Avis/Budget you need to have patience but know that if you have her, she will do everything she can to get you going. Thanks!!”

“Recently had a rental with enterprise at the Windsor location however upon arrival I was told there were no more cars available. As I stuck around to figure out other plans I witnessed other customers interact with the young man at the counter they were relentless. I want to give credit to the man because he really did his best. I felt so bad on how rude they were to him but he still managed to be respectful keep a smile on his face and help out all customers finding other alternatives. Was really impressed on how well he handled each situation. I will be returning to this location because the employees do care!!!”
