“On or about September 29, 2025, I pre-ordered the I-phone 17 Pro. I met the area manager, Brian, as well Dylan and Cliff, on this day. The phone was anticipated to arrive in a week. It was delayed however.
Whenever I arrived, staff were extremely accommodating. I took my new IPad early and store manager, Cliff, was extremely knowledgeable when I had issues with cellular data setup prior to a trip on Amtrak.
I later returned to town to be told my phone had yet to arrive and met Andrea. Miss Andrea apologized and assisted me with a phone charger issue.
Upon arrival of my phone, Miss Renee was in training with Dylan, who for whatever reason became my favorite AT&T employee for his very calm demeanor. Dylan appears to try and problem solve all matters without asking for assistance and is proactive over an employee who’d prefer customers leave. The young man is extremely honest in a world full of liars.
Renee exudes a natural smiling energy that can’t be included in her training packet. I hope she goes far with the company without knowing much about her future work ethic. But I’m a fairly good judge of character. Keep up the great work team and everyone deserves a raise Mr. Brian. I’m very satisfied to choose this store over ones in other locations.”

“Recently purchased an iPhone via Apple who interfaced with AT&T as my carrier. I received my AT&T bill and immediately questioned the amount. I visited the AT&T store and Amanda quickly saw the reason for my question and after a few qualifying questions she resolved the issue. The Apple/ AT&T combined transaction process needs a review but with people like Amanda issues can be quickly addressed and corrected.”

“After spending DAYS circling the drain on the abysmal website and the worst call center in the world .....I finally went in person and was helped by Alexandria who was AMAZING! She was able to address my issue immediately, was caring and knowledgeable. The best of all was she provided me with information about products and my account options without being super pushy. “I went to this store on November 25, 2025 to purchase the new 17 PRO. The make sakes rep approached me maybe 15 mins after I sat down and in response to my question said “Absolutely Not”. When I asked what he meant by that he said “I’m just toying with you”. WHAT? I told him that was poor customer service and I am switching to Verizon. I had another poor experience there back in the summer re: Direct TV but that’s another story. I’m done with AT&T after roughly 30 years”
