“Jesus RAUSEO is the best staff in Wells Fargo I have ever met, somebody steal my online account and open three different checking accounts, transfer my money, get cash from my credit card, I am so helpless,Jesus RAUSEO spent 2 hours handling my problem, he is very nice, patient,kindhearted,professional. There’s a long line to wait, I feel embarrassed, actually one case only can occupy 30-60 minutes, but he is calm, until we finished our case, he take a deep breath!
