“Went to T-Mobile store to see about getting a new phone for hubby who is technically challenged to say the least. Keiron was very helpful even though the place was extremely busy he devoted a lot of time to assist me picking out a phone for hubby activated it and ported my phone from Verizon we already have T-Mobile home Internet which is awesome and works every where so this was a another win, they paid off thebalance on my phone of 242.64, my husbands new galaxy a14 phone was free and we now have 2 phones for what I was paying for just my phone at Verizon , so long not sorry for switching . Pretty much every other time we've been to cricket it was a bad experience with bad attitudes but she made it so easy. “I have been with Metro for about 5 years. The last few times I have gone into the stores it wasn't the best experience. Today I went into the Metro store in Lake Wales (first time in this store.) Wonderful!! I'm pretty sure her name was Tonya. I have an employee ID from my receipt. TPEREZ1006. She was Wonderful!! She was so helpful, understood what I was asking about new phones and 5g. I am in my 60's and I have traveled and lived in many states, however, I really think Hector is one in a million. First, his calm demeanor is appreciated. He does not try to talk you into buying things you are not ready to do. He is extremely knowledgeable ,and most importantly, he listens and does what is best for the customer . I will make sure that every time I need something I will ask for Hector. Hector is the type of person who should move up the ladder fast in leadership.
