“I called the Lake Wales store 3 times. First two times I was instructed to “call back”. On the third attempt, I finally spoke to a lady who’s trying to rush me off the phone and speaking to someone else while I was asking HER a couple of questions! Rude and unprofessional. Apparently, the Lake Wales store doesn’t like to make money.
THAT BEING SAID, I called THIS store in Winter Haven and spoke with an awesome woman named “Nemesis”!! Not only did she have an awesome name, but a very professional attitude and was very knowledgeable of the products. She answered all of my questions. I was so impressed that I went ahead and drove up there and asked for Nemesis directly.
Here’s the best part, y’all! I honestly thought I’d be in that store for a few hours to upgrade my phone. NOPE!! I was in and out of there in less than an hour. EV-ER-Y ONE behind that counter was very friendly and respectful!! This has GOT to be the absolute BEST experience I’ve ever had in a mobile phone store. HANDS DOWN. My husband and I were going in just to review our account and switch a current number from one phone to another however it truly became a much more incredible visit with several of our questions and concerns answered as well as the sales girl was truly phenomenal she took time to see we were currently getting all the discounts that were eligible with our plan and adjusted the errors as much as she could that the haines city store created , im very grateful to Jeadi ( sorry for the spelling ) she was a true blessing and extremely knowledgeable beyond belief as well her personality and sense of humor was truly on point and made our day. Thank you so very much . This is the only location we plan on using other then the app of course lol thank you t mobile.”

I try to transfer phone to my spectrum account but what happened was the representative on the phone gave me a code for number transfer. Well I didn't know phone was locked. So the store representative was very nice and customer service oriented and was able to calm me down and get my.number and service back to Metro Pcs. Thank you once again”

“I needed to upgrade two phones, and had prepared by using the My Verizon app. My transaction was complicated by the fact that the second phone is going to a different state and there were some condition issues with the second trade-in device.
I arrived just before the lunch rush. I had to wait about 20 minutes, but I was greeted the moment I walked in and put on the list. Everyone seemed focused on customer service.
My sales associate, Vierna, was excellent, understood all of the complications and appeared to work hard to get me a good deal. I was very happy with the results.
If I'm still alive in 6 years and living in the area, I'll use the same store to upgrade again.”

“I have been to many Cricket Stores around the US and Lake Wales Zcricket Wireless was by far the best one I have vis. Gaby and Faith were amazing! They worked together to help me change out my SIzm to an eSIM ( which Apple will end up doing anyway) These girls even gave me about 15 great restaurants to eat at. They had me laughing the whole time and I left happy with my service. This made my day!!”

“Super helpful staff, way more helpful than online support. This is one of the only “corporate” stores in the area. Avoid the other non-corporate ones for orders and such. They will play games with you and leave you high and dry. It is pretty busy here so do be patient with them, but otherwise solid store with solid staff. “I've had the most stressful day buying a new phone going to 3 other locations. When I tell you after about 7 hours of countless representatives on the telephone going back and forth I was defeated. I walked in here and Jazzy took care of my issue in less than 5 minutes. Amazing customer service, very attentive and although my attitude was on 1,000 she remained calm and reassured me that she would try her best to resolve my concerns while apologizing for the less than knowledgeable reps that I encountered before. Thank you for helping me out tonight. I hope someone in management sees this and recognizes her for her efforts. Not sure what she's getting paid, but I bet it's not enough.”
