“Let me just start by saying I typically never do reviews, mainly because I'm lazy and/ or forget. But after my experience with Ginna ( hopefully I spelled that right ) I absolutely had to leave a review. I had broken the screen on my previous phone and came in looking to buy a new phone, and originally was looking to purchase an iPhone. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Ginna, with a smile and a friendly demeanor. I gave her a little bit of back story and told her what I was looking for. After chatting a bit, we came to an agreement that an iPhone was probably not the best choice for me. And before I continue, let me just say I totally appreciate a sales person who truly cares and not try to push something more expensive on you because it'll benefit them. . I previously had a Galaxy A12 and Ginna showed me all the upgraded versions and we were able to find a phone within my budget and I absolutely love my phone. I also want to commend Ginna on her patience with me. Anyone that knows me knows when I get frustrated, I am not the easiest person to deal with and Ginna handled it all with such grace and kindness, she did not match my energy, she took her time and literally went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and was able to set up my phone. Ginna I hope you see this, thank you so much and I hope T-Mobile knows how lucky they are to have someone like you representing their company. Thank you.”

I came in requesting a quote, and not only did she thoroughly address every question I had, but she also provided clear explanations and broke down the details in a way that made everything easy to understand.
What truly stood out was how Michelle went above and beyond—she didn’t just give me the information I asked for but also offered additional advice and tips that I hadn’t even considered. “My wife and I had a wonderful experience today upgrading her phone. We are long time customers of this store and when we walked in today, we could feel the energy; the positive vibes and the warm and welcoming climate. This was our first time to meet the manager, Kenia. What a credit her leadership is to AT&T! After interacting with her, it explains why you immediately feel you are with family when you walk through the door. That is the tone she sets and the tone her staff supports and reinforces. Thank you, Kenia, and your wonderful staff for making our experience such a positive one. If you are an AT&T customer or looking to become one, make the drive to this store. “You have to go see and ask for Angel or Herrick. Just seriously such good down to Earth people. I switched from Apple to Android and I knew it was going to take a while for the switch because I wanted everything to transfer over. I'm pretty sure I was there well over an hour maybe two but I honestly don't know lol. We talked about everything from basketball, to buying a house, to learning from your elders and listening lol. Angel make sure you listen to Herrick brother I know it's tough but us old folks know what we're talking about sometimes ? anyways to end on a serious note they were both so nice, patient and made sure I understood everything about my new phone and the benefits of the Google Phone which I got vs the Samsung. Angel and Herrick thank you guys so much. Hopefully your bosses will see this and get y'all a raise. And some equipment that actually does what y'all need it to do ? thanks again guys!!”

“Damaged my phone beyond repair. I called to see if I was due for an upgrade, not only did I need the new one but I hated the system the broken phone had. The woman on the phone was very thorough. She explained I could get a replacement shipped to me the next day, but it would push my upgrade date back 6mths. But if I could wait the 5 days until the upgrade, I would be good to go. I waited the few days to get the upgrade and was in and out of the store within an hour.”

“I called today because I was having issues with the internet dropping intermittently. I was losing connectivity for work, leaving me having to input the same information repeatedly. I had trouble watching a movie all the way through and I couldn't access the game store on my console.I spoke on the phone with Melissa who was extremely helpful. She ran some diagnostics and made an appointment for me for the same day to have a technician come by.The techs, Julian and Jason were professional, courteous and efficient. They noticed some issues with the wiring and so redid the cables coming into the house and they made sure everything was working properly and I was satisfied before leaving. I appreciate everything everything they did.Thank you all for the easy experience!”
“This review is specifically for Chris Bruce at the Spectrum store in Sanford in the Target shopping center. Spectrum people, you do not know how awesome Mr Bruce is!!!!! I've had multiple big issues that required a lot of time and help. Mr Bruce has always been professional, welcoming, patient, and so very helpful to me and never has he made me feel rushed. He is so amazing and I cannot write enough good things about him.”
“Our experience with this Spectrum store location was great from the moment we walked in the door! We were greeted and told where to sign in. They were a bit busy, so we expected a long wait. So, we sat down to wait, but it seemed just moments and Dwayne called us over to help us. My son wanted a particular phone and thankfully they had it in stock! Dwayne was wonderful, he is friendly, knowledgeable, well-spoken and incredibly helpful. He is the epitome of great customer service. Even though there are other Spectrum stores closer to where I live, I will definitely go to the Winter Park location in the future.”

Madysen, who I just reviewed a week ago with a 5 star rating, along with Laney and Gen were simply brilliant and highly effective in helping to resolve a difficult problem pertaining to my phone's memory issues while transferring all of my files, photos, & videos from my old phone onto my new one. Each one of them was very knowledgeable and precise about the best protocol to solve my dilemma, individually and as a team.
