“Let me just start by saying I typically never do reviews, mainly because I'm lazy and/ or forget. But after my experience with Ginna ( hopefully I spelled that right ) I absolutely had to leave a review. I had broken the screen on my previous phone and came in looking to buy a new phone, and originally was looking to purchase an iPhone. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Ginna, with a smile and a friendly demeanor. I gave her a little bit of back story and told her what I was looking for. After chatting a bit, we came to an agreement that an iPhone was probably not the best choice for me. And before I continue, let me just say I totally appreciate a sales person who truly cares and not try to push something more expensive on you because it'll benefit them. . I previously had a Galaxy A12 and Ginna showed me all the upgraded versions and we were able to find a phone within my budget and I absolutely love my phone. I also want to commend Ginna on her patience with me. Anyone that knows me knows when I get frustrated, I am not the easiest person to deal with and Ginna handled it all with such grace and kindness, she did not match my energy, she took her time and literally went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and was able to set up my phone. Ginna I hope you see this, thank you so much and I hope T-Mobile knows how lucky they are to have someone like you representing their company. Thank you.”

We are long time customers of this store and when we walked in today, we could feel the energy; the positive vibes and the warm and welcoming climate. This was our first time to meet the manager, Kenia. What a credit her leadership is to AT&T! After interacting with her, it explains why you immediately feel you are with family when you walk through the door. That is the tone she sets and the tone her staff supports and reinforces. “Nicole was absolutely great today, best team player on your squad hands down she has my up most respect, my phone would not cut on at all an I was completely hopeless. Then I ran into Nicole and she was such a major help and basically the only reason my phone turned on. She was so smart she thought what nobody else did and she put my phone on the fast charger and it turned on it took a while but it turned on. I appreciate Nicole so much thank you Nicole!!!!”

“I called today because I was having issues with the internet dropping intermittently. I was losing connectivity for work, leaving me having to input the same information repeatedly. I had trouble watching a movie all the way through and I couldn't access the game store on my console.I spoke on the phone with Melissa who was extremely helpful. She ran some diagnostics and made an appointment for me for the same day to have a technician come by.The techs, Julian and Jason were professional, courteous and efficient. They noticed some issues with the wiring and so redid the cables coming into the house and they made sure everything was working properly and I was satisfied before leaving. I appreciate everything everything they did.Thank you all for the easy experience!”
“Damaged my phone beyond repair. I called to see if I was due for an upgrade, not only did I need the new one but I hated the system the broken phone had. The woman on the phone was very thorough. She explained I could get a replacement shipped to me the next day, but it would push my upgrade date back 6mths. But if I could wait the 5 days until the upgrade, I would be good to go. I waited the few days to get the upgrade and was in and out of the store within an hour.”

“This spectrum was a blessing! I went to Orange city 3 times (with appointments) and no one could ever help me or lie saying to call the store next time (they don’t receive phone calls). I was about to give up but tried the Sanford location. Chad was great! What he did in less than 1 hour those idiots at Orange city wouldn’t do.
