Has he began to assist me he diagnosed my problem recommended changing phones and looked into my minutes and said I had an older plan that needed upgrading. This process saved me extra money by changing my plan and I walked out with a new phone. He answered some additional questions that I was very pleased with thank you AT&T for a fine Rep like Thomas.”

“This location is always so helpful and nice. Especially Carson, Donnell, Iyana, and Amayah. The comment below really disturbs me because I know this staff does not pay attention to race or any other kind of discrimination. You actually do have to go through the app to purchase a new phone and their phone inventory is limited so if they told you there were no more phones thats the truth. They dont lie there. I highly recommend this location as they really care and go beyond to help.”

“I usually go to the Monument location but since the Manager was not there I decided to go to the Beach location to get the help I needed with my current phone and possibly get a new one. I was greeted by Lizbeth and Rosalba and while explaining my phone issues Vanessa the area Manager came out to assist me.Customer service A+, Problem solving A+. I like the fact that I was there for a while and never felt like a number and all 3 were very attentive to my needs and concerns. This is a cricket that I would come back to because I know that they will get my concerns resolved and I will be treated like a customer and not a number. “After being with T-Mobile for many years, I switched to a different company solely because of a cheaper price. After a month, I switched back to T-Mobile because I missed the high quality. The process was not fun and I had to come to the store multiple times. Each time I came to the store, the customer service was AMAZING and I left knowing that the staff members that worked to get me switched back to T-Mobile had done their best work to assist me with my issues.”

“My phone was beyond repair—my internal system as well as my external screen (front and back) were broken. I originally went to another T-Mobile store, and they pawned me off to a website, answered my questions with “I don’t know,” and had no intention of helping me. After coming to this location, I was greeted by Micheal and Anika who were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the process. They explained the different steps I could take as well as all my options for trade ins and any other questions I had! They helped me understand the process and informed me on my best deals! All in all, it was an amazing experience! Special shout out to Micheal for being awesome!”
