“Highly recommend!! Don't waste your time going anywhere else! Honest, knowledgeable, very fair pricing, and quick. Na took the time to explain what she tested and what her diagnostics showed!! It was not the battery but she could have easily charged my the $90 for a new one, I would have never known differently, but she didn't. Again, she was honest when we all know we do not always find that when dealing with things we don't fully understand!! Plus she had all the incidentals for my phone but no high-pressure to buy. “Curtis in customer service is by far has the knowledge of the products he is selling to his customer's, we had a virus in one of our phones he handled it in less than too minutes and activated spam shield which we had no idea how to activate it, he is a highly qualified customer service representative for your company and this is one person who should be moved up in your company as he represents your company if a professional manner and has total knowledge of your products.”

“I went to the store at 2755 W Torch Lake Drive in Brownwood. Courtney was excellent in helping me with my purchases and answering any questions I had. I upgraded my wireless plan plus started internet service with AT&T. She is very friendly and helpful. I will always go to this AT&T store for now on.”

“I'm very pleased with boost mobile I've been with Xfinity for so years but they've grown out of their britches and if you need help you have to stand in a queue over 20 people long if you're already stressed it doesn't work. I walked into boost they took care of exactly what I needed transfer the phone and Harry was great, he's the kind of guy that you would stop by just to say hi someone recommended to him to me out of the blue when I was in a store and I took their advice and I'm so glad that I did!”

Larry facilitated the order, and after the phones arrived, we visited the store and Dylan completed the transition and setup. “If you are having problems with your Verizon service THIS corporate office is the place to go! The staff is friendly and go beyond to ensure you get what you came for. There is a kiosk if you need to make payments as apposed to paying online. They stay busy so be prepared to wait at least an hour before you get taken care of.”
