“Highly recommend!! Don't waste your time going anywhere else! Honest, knowledgeable, very fair pricing, and quick. Na took the time to explain what she tested and what her diagnostics showed!! It was not the battery but she could have easily charged my the $90 for a new one, I would have never known differently, but she didn't. Again, she was honest when we all know we do not always find that when dealing with things we don't fully understand!! Plus she had all the incidentals for my phone but no high-pressure to buy. Will definitely go to Gizmo again.”

“I can not say enough great things about Italy, her customer service skills are the best! I came in for a specific phone, unfortunately it was not in stock yet, even though there is a display of it. I was very disappointed. I was about to leave a very unhappy customer. Long story short, Italy went above and beyond to pull me back in and make sure I was a very happy customer. I give Italy 10 stars ? She is definitely a true asset to this company!!!! Thank you Ms Italy.”

I walked into boost they took care of exactly what I needed transfer the phone and Harry was great, he's the kind of guy that you would stop by just to say hi someone recommended to him to me out of the blue when I was in a store and I took their advice and I'm so glad that I did!”

“I ordered two 55-inch TVs that were on sale. They weren’t in stock at the time, which was understandable with such a great sale going on, but I was still able to take advantage of the sale price and received them incredibly quickly. I ordered them on Sunday, and they were sitting in my house by early Tuesday! Great price, great experience, and very speedy service. Thank you!”

“Both Larry and Dylan were very helpful when we needed to obtain two new phones to replace our outdated ones. Larry facilitated the order, and after the phones arrived, we visited the store and Dylan completed the transition and setup. He was very patient and wanted to ensure that we were completely satisfied. As we are not super-techy, Dylan said to come back any time with future questions that we may have, as they would be pleased to help. We much appreciate their knowledge and GREAT customer service!”
