I came in before x-mas looking for a dependable Meat thermometer, I was preparing a expensive cut of prime rib, and needed a good quality meat thermometer, I chose the middle of the range thermometer ( big green egg meter) about 40.00$ ! It was the perfect choice!! Our Standing Rib Roast came out Perfect!!! Thank you Mr.Pollard, You made me an instant kitchen Genius!! I ,myself was so proud of of my ability to pull off the unthinkable! ( a perfect dinner for the family!! I would also like to say that I enjoy this hardware very much! “I had an issue with an online order not being delivered on time. Contacted the customer service number provided, as directed via email a couple of times and was unable to resolve the issue. Some how I found myself transferred by customer service to the store. That's when I had the pleasure of speaking with Mason, one of the managers there. He was extremely professional and personable at the same time. He spoke to me with genuine empathy concerning my delay of delivery, and though it was not his fault he took ownership and responsibility to address and solve the problem with a sense of urgency. My delivery then arrived within just a couple of hours (after I had previously waited 4 days for a same-day order). Thank you Mason for going above and beyond to assist me!”
“I don't do a ton of reviews here. Jim worked with us yesterday with the patience and expertise of a saint. Their selection is huge and everything is solid quality. Jim worked through all our cabinet sizes, and even his personal recommendations for finishes, and styles after his many years helping setup kitchen's and other things. In the end, it was this outstanding customer service, the fact that it's local, and his genuine kindness that made it a no-brainer to go with them for all our hardware. “The best place in Jacksonville for marine supplies. There is no place around that will go as above and beyond to help you as Specialty Marine. If they don't have what you are looking for they they will order it for you or try and fabricate it onsite. Greg has been an absolute rock star in helping me troubleshoot and fix issues I have had with my boat. Customer service and pricing is top notch. I wish I would have learned about Specialty Marine on Mayport Road sooner.”

“I have had mostly positive experiences at this Home Depot. My comment for the whole company is about requiring veterans to register on the Home Depot app to receive a discount. I believe that if my Florida driver’s license indicates that I’m a veteran that should be adequate for the discount. HD wants veterans to apply via the app for the discount to track their spending patterns. Hogwash! Home Depot please do what’s right/ethical for the veterans who served our country. Don’t make us sign up for the app to give us a veterans discount if it’s already verified by the state and on our license. Thank you!”

“I walked into my local Proctor Ace Hardware store in Ponte Vedra Beach and thought I had walked into Publix Supermarket! I was immediately greeted by an Associate named Casey and asked if he could help find anything for me and once I was on the aisle looking for something, again I was asked if I was finding everything okay & if he could help me in any way! I was then greeted by Shawn & asked again if I was finding everything okay! Their level of Customer Service was equal to Publix! I felt valued and appreciated as a customer! Great job guys!!!”
