Her dog always looked great but mostly she said Ryan was very good and kind with her dog. So we took Lili—and not only found a wonderful groomer but new friends!! Lili is not afraid to go to the groomers and she even hops right up on the grooming table ready to go!! Can’t wait to see your new place! Heron Creek Animal Hospital
1319 Sumter Blvd, North PortMy dog Teddy had a growth on his ear that had to be removed. Dr. Frankowski and her team surgically removed it and other than him being a little groggy from the anesthetic he still is his same old self. Teddy has been going to Heron Creek Animal Hospital since he was born, almost 3 years now. I completely trust them and they always provide wonderful care for my dog Teddy.

North PortWhen finding a place to board your dog, it can often be a stressful endeavor. However, JJ’s dog yard daycare and boarding, helped alleviate much of that stress! Before we even got the opportunity to board our chocolate lab, Lily, we did a meet and greet. Not only did I think that this was a smart move so they could know for sure that Lily was someone they could take care of, but it also showed a deep understanding on how to take care of a dog with maximum efficiency and care. We were sent pictures and videos daily of Lily enjoying her time there and she looked like she was having a ball! (And sometimes taking one ?) While it made us miss our baby even more, it made us happy to see she was being treated as if she was part of the family. My usual complaint with dog boarding services is that during the night they are unattended and there’s not someone on site who can deal with an issue should it arise. Luckily, JJ’s had someone on-site the whole time which served to ease the worry of my girlfriend and I. Lily was boarded for seven days and came back a happy girl and that’s really all we can ask for. Thank you so much for an amazing experience, and you best believe I’ll be using their services in the future. I cannot recommend JJ’s enough for people who want that little bit of extra care for their furry family member.

3545 Bobcat Village Center Rd, North PortMy daughter took me for a mid morning coffee, I’d never been to Golden Coffee before. It’s really cute and has a very friendly atmosphere. The coffee was delicious, I ordered a Carmel Frappuccino. They also have pastries, bagels, breakfast foods and more. On my next visit I’ll have to try something to eat along with my coffee. Hope their business continues to grow and I would definitely recommend them.

The mocha was smooth and flavorful without being overly sweet, and the muffin was rich and the perfect treat with my coffee. The shop was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff was friendly. Definitely a great spot to grab a coffee and a snack, and I'll be back.

Every single time we come in, this place is absolutely slammed with customers, nonstop orders, and constant traffic — yet the staff still keep things moving as best as they can. Most of the employees are young and clearly working hard trying to juggle in-person orders, online orders, phone orders, and keeping customers happy all at the same time. People seem to forget that when a business is extremely busy, waits are naturally going to happen no matter where you go.
The food has always been consistently good for us. Our orders have tasted fresh, hot, and worth the wait every time. And honestly, the wait really depends on how busy they are at that moment. If you walk into a packed breakfast spot during peak hours, you should expect it might take a little longer — that’s just common sense, not bad service.
What stands out most to me is that even when they’re overwhelmed, the staff still try to stay polite and keep up with everyone. You can tell they’re putting in effort instead of standing around doing nothing. I think some customers come in already impatient or rude and then blame the employees when things don’t move instantly. In reality, a lot of these workers are doing the best they can in a very fast-paced environment.
Instead of tearing down hardworking employees online, people should show a little more understanding and patience, especially at a busy local spot that clearly has a lot of support from the community. We’ll definitely keep coming back because the food has been great, the atmosphere is busy for a reason, and the staff deserve more credit than criticism.
