2924 13th St, St CloudWas at the store on Tuesday 4/2. As I was looking for my dog's food I was disappointed to see they only had the 14lb bag, which my dog would finish in about 3 days. As I was walking towards the front to make my purchase I noticed the bigger bag on the pallets waiting to be stocked at the very bottom layer. Ashley noticed me and asked did I need help finding anything. I explained to her that I would hate to be that type of customer but what I really needed was the bigger bag of food on the bottom of the pallet. Without hesitation Ashley said we will get it for you as quickly as possible, and proceeded to break down the whole pallet to get the food I needed, which was going above and beyond my expectations. I asked her do they have any type of recognition program for their associates, because she needs to be recognized in all ways possible. Ashley really made my shopping experience convenient, I really appreciate it.

4427 13th St, St CloudI previously brought my dog to 192 St. Cloud for care. While their prices are affordable, I found the environment to be quite unhealthy and not well-maintained, with goats roaming around and staff that were often rude urine stains on the walls.
Dr. McBeth seemed uninformed; she assured me that my dog's patella (kneecaps) were fine, but when I consulted Dr. Russo at West End Animal Clinic, she immediately identified the issue.
In contrast, the staff at West End Animal Clinic is exceptional. The young gentleman and woman at the front desk are incredibly compassionate, and Dr. Russo is outstanding. She takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend West End Animal Clinic as the best option for your pets.

By Saturday, he was already showing his old self, waking me up with kisses, crawling under the blankets, and even biting my legs until I got out of bed ? I never realized how much I’d miss those little antics, but I did. Mr. Kitty isn’t just a pet, he’s been my constant companion and my comfort through so much. When I was wheelchair-bound, he never left my side for two years. He’s my therapy, my heart, and truly my best friend. Thanks to Narcoossee Oaks Animal Hospital, my little guy is back to being silly, sweet, loving (and yes, sometimes annoying ?). The team cared for him like he was their own, and they even called me on a Saturday to check on his recovery. Their dedication and compassion brought my best friend back to me, and I’ll be forever grateful. ❤️

20 E 13th St, St CloudMe and my partner LOVE this place. Every animal in my house goes here and every animal we get in the future will hopefully come here as well. They’re always so nice and welcoming, and the prices are very agreeable. I always feel better leaving this place than i did at any other vet we’ve tried. The reviews regarding the more exotic pets worried me at first, but we brought my rats here and they did amazing with them. I fully trust this place.

Alyssa has been great and I’m so glad I found her for pet sitting. Any time Alyssa wasn’t able to stay with my dog, she always found a backup for me. She always stayed in contact and sent me pictures. I know my dog enjoyed being with Alyssa and I would definitely recommend her and Premier Dog Services.

2433 Sweetwater Blvd, St CloudOh man!!! So we were trying to get our dog acclimated with another dog whom we rescued and were having a very difficult time. Dale came for only one session. We called him the "dog whisperer" because he was like magic with the.. it was pretty incredible to witness. He taught us SO much and really allowed us to sit back and understand that it was mainly US who had to be trained. We implemented the tools he set out for us and continued to do everything he taught us. The two dogs are BEST friends now and we have a calmer and happier home now. (My dog was the wild one. Or maybe I should say me. )He was FANTASTIC

Everyone was friendly and this was the best barbecue I think I've ever had. Even though I shouldn't have I finished everything on my plate. My stomach hurts but it was worth it. My only complaint is that they aren't closer to my home. I will be sure to visit whenever I am in the area.

We enjoyed both the smoked brisket sandwich special and the spicy chicken biscuit. It’s nice to see local businesses supporting each other, the Mad Hombre hot sauce was definitely nice. We definitely recommend ?? (all food was gobbled down before thinking of a picture)

1517 13th St, St CloudStopped by there literally 30 minutes ago.. Great little hamburger joint that serves some seriously decent hamburgers...not those dainty smash patties...real 6 oz. burgers. They were tasty, piping fresh and hot. Fries and fried pickles were amazing.
Seriously this is going to be my all time favorite hang out spot with my son and wife ?. Give it a try...leave your regrets at the door as you will not have any when you leave. Compliments to the chef ?

I explained my situation to her and said I was unsure if I was ready, but I was willing to look! I told her the personality type of my boy that I just lost and how my other kitty had been going room to room crying looking for a friend and she said “I think I have the cat just for you. Are you able to meet him today”. within 2 hours I was on my way to meet the kitty that I ended up adopting today ❤️ she was so helpful! Michelle was incredible too.

Free of charge just make sure you have an outdoor area they can hide out in if it storms and make sure they are fed. After the 2 week acclimation time you let them out of the kennel. That way they know where food and shelter is.
