“One of the best experiences I have had with Mac book repair... even with APPLE has no comparison to the customer support that I received here. As a business woman and mom and wife I feel like I wear so many hats and the one thing I don't have to worry about is purchasing my next macbook and mac book repairs with any of my devices.”

“This place here has been awesome to me. I’m located in a different state not only did I receive a good price, but I got free delivery in person delivery i tipped the delivery driver which was common courtesy but this guy I would recommend anyone to ask for his name is Tony. I got a complete studio bundle and also DJ bundle for a nice place. They have lots of things in stock and if they don’t, Tony can get it. He also include the complete wiring set and videos and links on how to do / work anything you buy. It took me a while to add my review. I’ve been stuck in studio mode 💪🏾🤝 thanks Tony”

“My service was back on 5/15/24, but I wanted to still post a huge THANK YOU to Andres! He was so kind, patient, and helpful as he walked me through installing new parts on two of my printers at the office I work at. It really gave me a peace of mind knowing I was installing everything correctly, and that I could reach back out at any time with potential issues. Will definitely go back to Advantage Laser Products for my printer needs!!”

“Great Best Buy! A little heavy on the flagship models for most tech with a small selection of value models, which leaves the midline lacking. All the employees in the PC department are awesome, though! Zach especially helped me out with all my questions and made the purchase super easy, with the added benefit of a stellar recommendation for food nearby ?”

“I am currently home visiting family and was highly considering upgrading my previous iPhone. Due to there not being an Apple Store in my hometown area, the closest stores were either in Atlanta or the Augusta area. Before I provide my review, I would like to mention that the store can (and will) become business with customers at a moments notice. Luckily, I arrived on a date and time where the store traffic was very minimal. Upon the end of my visit, the store became flooded with customers requesting support. Although wait times may vary, this location has the best and tentative apple store team I've ever encountered. Review comments: Due to being unfamiliar with the apple stores in the surround Atlanta locations, I decided to check the reviews. Customer service and a great experience wherever I go matters a lot. Based on the reviews read (before arriving to this Apple Store), I was uncertain if I should shop (and purchase) there. Compared to the reviews of the other Apple Stores in the metro area, the Apple Store in Cumberland stood out with more good ratings and comments. I arrived to the store upon opening, in order to beat the mid-day traffic on my way back home. I was met by Mr. Ricky. Although I was fairly certain what I was there to purchase, Ricky provided an absolutely great experience for me. He assisted me with understanding the differences of the newer models and help me make solid decision of phone choice. From start to finish, Ricky was extremely patient with me during the process. He went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and my purchase went smooth as possible. This Apple Store location was super friendly and knowledgeable in their services. Following my purchase from Ricky, I was accompanied by Joe and Ana during the transfer and setup of my new iPhone. Both Joe and Ana made sure I was comfortable and were very engaging during the process. I truly appreciate their assistance and hard work.”

“The team at Lenox went above and beyond to help me with a return / trade-in situation after a relative passed away that truly left me speechless. I worked with Alexis, the manager on site, and she was so kind and helpful. I was in and out of there in under 30 minutes and I had a trade-in + two purchases. I’ll always come back to Lenox for any future Apple purchases!”
