My Husband Had The Seth Burger And He Said It Was Good From The 1st Bite To The Last. I Ordered The Garlic Shrimp And, It Was Very, Very Good. The Thank You Note Was A Sweet Touch. We Visit Hawaii Often And Will Definitely Be Back. Thanks To The Whole Staff!

Big Wave Shrimp Truck
66-521 Kamehameha Hwy, HaleiwaTried many shrimp trucks on the island. Big wave is by far the best one. Fast service, good value and portions. The shrimp is fresh and has a very good bouncy texture. The shrimp is cooked just right. Shrimp skin is just crispy enough and the garlic is not over or under cooked. Rice was perfect with butter garlic drizzled over it. There is another shrimp truck across the street and after trying both, Big Wave is #1. Parking is very convenient for they have a lot designated just for customers shopping and visiting the food trucks in the immediate area. Definitely our favorite Garlic Shrimp. There are a few well known, trendy shrimp spots that just gets too busy and the food coming out is just very mediocre. Give this spot a try, you will not be disappointed.

Haleʻiwa Bowls
66-030 Kamehameha Hwy, HaleiwaBy a mile--and a long mile at that--the best place on the island for bowls and fresh fruit. We drove around the entire island and came back to them 4 times in the span of 2 weeks. Absolutely delicious, filling, nourishing stuff! And they don't skimp on those delicious cacao nibs. The paniolo bowl and smoothie were by far our favourites. Better than anything on any shore of the island.
