We were able to catch some favorites when they setup at the local Waikiki market but we also drove all the way to the food truck several times to eat the menu. I highly recommend their furikake crusted salmon.

56-565 Kamehameha Highway, KahukuI brought the prettiest girl I’ve met in my life to this food truck park for a first date, and if she calls me again, it will only because of the stoke of luck I came across walking up to this place as it was closing. Moi, who is not just understanding, but outstanding at what she does, handed me the second sweetest thing I’ve seen since being on the island (Mango, but I’ve heard the cookie butter is also lovely). God gave us free will to experience the serendipity of decisions like this.

Famous Kahuku Shrimp
56-565 Kamehameha Hwy, KahukuI went with the hot shrimp and squid and it ended up being my favorite thing on the table. The shrimp had the perfect amount of heat and the squid was crispy without being chewy. Every bite was better than the last and somehow the plate disappeared way too fast. If I come back there's a good chance I'll order the exact same thing again.
