If you want to step up your pets nutrition, this little local shop is the place to go. She also has the most handsome little helper named Riley, he definitely needs a raise :)

My dog, Machiavelli, is extremely shy and anxious, and he’s had some very difficult grooming experiences in the past. Because of that, I’m always nervous trusting new places with him. From the moment we walked into Doghouse Grooming, I could feel the difference. The staff were calm, patient, and so incredibly kind, not just professional, but genuinely loving toward animals. They treated Machiavelli with such care, respect, and gentleness, meeting him exactly where he was emotionally. This was hands-down the best grooming experience I could have ever hoped for him. It meant everything to see my anxious boy handled with so much compassion and understanding. You can tell immediately that everyone there truly loves what they do. They treat your babies as if they were their own babies, and that kind of care is rare. We are absolutely customers for life, and I’m already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you so much to the entire team, Machiavelli looks so handsome and stylish, and I couldn’t be happier. See you guys soon!

Dr Francis is ol school and talks to the owner directly, especially during this covid craziness. Dr. Darren will call you and let you know the updates. They are still not allowing owner and their pets in the office and you will have to call the office and they'll come out to get your pet. Their cost still remain affordable when paying cash. I enjoy the supporting staff too.

The bento came with miso soup, salad and rice. Ordered the shrimp tempura and chicken katsu. Good portions and taste. Fast and friendly service. One of the best places in pearl city. Go check them out.

1001 Lehua Ave, Pearl CityI was told that the owners of Miki’s opened this business to serve food for all the people working graveyard shift or finished work late.
With that being said, this place has the best food anywhere in this time frame 12am - 3am. Miki’s is an amazing change of food choices for late at night.
-The plates are cheaper with big servings compared to other places.
-Lines get long but the wait time after ordering is never past 10 minutes.
-Parking is fun because it’s either on the curb or the side of the street.
People reviewing this place needs to realize this hole-in-the-wall food business is meant for people like me. Those who work late into the night, that’s my demographic. If you’re comparing this place to Zippys or anything like that, then go there shut up. This place makes all their food with love, that beats anything opened after hours to me, no 7/11, McDonald’s, no fast food place can compete that.

Alejandros Mexican Food Pearl City
850 Kamehameha Hwy #135, Pearl CityI’m not your usual Mexican food lover until I was introduced to birria taco at another nearby Mexican food place. No birria taco at Alejandro’s, so I went with the beef instead. They’re located in the Pearl City Shopping Center where Long’s is. Customer service is cordial.
I was surprised at how small their taco is! Ground beef topped with cilantros and onions wrapped in a soft corn shell. I ordered two and both were wrapped together in foil. I went back to double check that they gave me two. A hearty eater would likely need three or maybe four. Comes with a green (mild) or their hot salsa sauce. I drenched the taco with the green sauce hoping to liven up the taste. It wasn’t bad but definitely not outstanding.
I’ve gone back a few more times while in the area. I now know what to expect. They got my four stars since I did enjoy beef taco a lot before. This satisfied that tastebud.
