The owner is very helpful if you aren't to sure what you need. She will definitely point you in the right direction and give you the right suggestions. If you want to step up your pets nutrition, this little local shop is the place to go. She also has the most handsome little helper named Riley, he definitely needs a raise :)

My dog, Machiavelli, is extremely shy and anxious, and he’s had some very difficult grooming experiences in the past. Because of that, I’m always nervous trusting new places with him. From the moment we walked into Doghouse Grooming, I could feel the difference. The staff were calm, patient, and so incredibly kind, not just professional, but genuinely loving toward animals. They treated Machiavelli with such care, respect, and gentleness, meeting him exactly where he was emotionally. This was hands-down the best grooming experience I could have ever hoped for him. It meant everything to see my anxious boy handled with so much compassion and understanding. You can tell immediately that everyone there truly loves what they do. They treat your babies as if they were their own babies, and that kind of care is rare. We are absolutely customers for life, and I’m already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you so much to the entire team, Machiavelli looks so handsome and stylish, and I couldn’t be happier. See you guys soon!

98-747 Kuahao Pl Suite B, Pearl CityI've been taking my dogs there for the past 8 yrs and loved both Dr Francis and Dr Darren, father and son duo. Dr Francis is ol school and talks to the owner directly, especially during this covid craziness. Dr. Darren will call you and let you know the updates. They are still not allowing owner and their pets in the office and you will have to call the office and they'll come out to get your pet. Their cost still remain affordable when paying cash. I enjoy the supporting staff too.

2321 Auhuhu St, Pearl CityPalisades Drive Inn is such a cute local gem. The service here is incredibly fast, making it a perfect spot for a quick and delicious meal. If you’re deciding what to eat, I highly recommend the Orange Chicken—it was flavorful and hit the spot.
What really stood out to me was the exceptional service. I accidentally forgot to order drinks with our meals, and when I went back up to the counter to buy them, they actually gave us the drinks for free! It was such a kind gesture and really showed how much they care about their customers. Between the great food and the friendly staff, this place is a must-visit. Five stars!

1001 Lehua Ave, Pearl CityEven when times are tough, it's nice to see Miki's is still going strong. Simple teri meatballs and laulau are a real comfort. Same with the pastele. They only open late night and while it might seem sketch if you're not from the area, it's just quiet.

1029 Makolu St, Pearl CityThis Starbucks is by far the best one on the island that I've been to. The other locations are always a huge hit or miss, but this location stays consistent. Every drink I order from them is perfect, store is clean and their customer service is impeccable!!!
They’re always busy and on top of their game. There are many Starbucks near me, but l'd rather drive out to this location for my drinks since they follow my drink description perfectly. Whoever is running this store specifically is doing an amazing job. Keep up the good work Starbucks team ??

850 Kamehameha Hwy #135, Pearl CityGreat Mexican carne asada; very flavourful without being overpowering. I had the burritos carne asada and wife had the 3 tacos. She loved the carne asada, chicken and beef. Also stated that meat was well spiced and chicken was nicely flame touched.
We are from Houston, TX and Albuquerque, NM and let me say that the carne asada was better here than in Sadie's ABQ NM (well known touristy/local New Mexican restaurant)
Highly recommend it if you get that Mexico Taco/Burrito itch.
