The staff is very well trained and polite, every time I make a visit to the branch my needs are fulfilled with ease.
One girl in particular, I believe her name was something cool like Lyric... I interacted with her this week and she was the absolute BEST. I don't know if managers read this but this girl deserves a raise.. Super respectful, polite and her willingness to help just made my day.. No to mention she is absolutely beautiful.
Anyways I highly recommend coming here for all your banking needs.”

“I chose this bank instead of a larger chain bank. The people are way friendly and they seem to make you feel like you actually matter and I didn't get that at a larger chain bank. I moved away from the right down the street from the branch location I was at and will drive the over 30 minutes to get to my branch I had. I hear there is a newer branch opening up near me...however not sure exactly where that is. But like this bank and feel like they actually do what they can for customers.”

“I have a personal and a business checking account here, and it is a good place to have both. The business account is $15/month with no minimum balance...worth it to accept checks in my business name. The tellers are nice, and I am able to go in and do my business without hassle or long wait times. I had an issue with my debit card not being sent to the correct address, and they were more than accommodating. If you are looking for a regional bank, this is a good choice. *EDIT 6/30/15* I had a fee added onto my account and they were very helpful in explaining everything. Good business practices. Upgrade to 5 stars!”
