“Nice people work here. Edward was exceptional. I was looking for 2 things: orange soap & a very specific style & size of shorts. He dropped what he was doing to help me find both! He even checked other stores for other colors of shorts. Suggested I order online for the region was sold out. Then he rang me up. I am not used to that type of customer care when I come to Kohl's to be honest. Edward really went above and beyond. If he works for you, buy him lunch, you're lucky to have him working for you.”
“I ended up running into Sephora after work. I knew I needed some foundation, but I thought maybe I can just look. It was already kind of late so I wasn’t expecting to have any real help. I thought they were getting ready to close up however I end up getting lucky because I had an amazing associate by the name of Lucy, who took her time and helped me and my mother with matching us with the right foundation in concealer. in a few more items. She was super sweet very knowledgeable and very welcoming. She truly made my evening I end up opening up a credit card just because of her and her great service and patience, I will definitely be making this my home store for makeup.🤗🤗”

They even have a 14pc pastel paint kit too!! They have some really great ideas for those who like to do at home projects! And the prices, are within budget! And don't get me started on their Halloween ?? sections, cause they are just full of awesomeness..”

“Came here a couple days ago and it’s always good to find steals. Saw a bunch of cute dinnerware/mugs and more for sale.
The only downside is that one of my sisters needed help buying a big mirror and they kept telling us they’ll help us in a min and after a long while nobody came so we asked again. And nobody came again... I mean maybe they were busy, I don’t know.
But the cashier was a total sweetheart and apologized about the wait saying there was a communication issue(between the worker’s). So in the end it all worked out.
Also the lady in the jewelry section was also lovely, she let us try on multiple jewelry and we had nice small talk.”

“I was greatly surprised when I visited this location in Evergreen Park. They were nicely stocked, still neat considering it's the Christmas season and considering the line for checkout was somewhat long they were staffed properly so the wait was less than five minutes.”
“I had not been to this establishment for quite sometime. Looks more organized, able to maneuver carts through aisles more easily, better lighting & a better selection of products. My only concern is coming into the store trying to hold the door open while pushing a cart inside”

“This place pulled through when Walmart couldn't, I was doing shopping at walmart when halfway through they had to close due to their registers going down, they seem not to be doing well since last week's severe weather outbreak so I went to target since I needed stuff. It's a little more expensive than walmart but they had everything I needed, the atmosphere was peaceful, not too many people, and I didnt feel rushed like at walmart, smelled nice too! “I was in here today at around 1.45pm with an old lady in a wheelchair chair. I have got to say the service in this ross is excellent. The young lady at the fitting rooms is second to none.. she actually ran after me asking if my lady needed to use the bathroom. Such a sweet girl. Furthermore the customer who frequent this particular ross, are so kind and polite. Iv always gone to the ross in crestwood where they treat there customers like second class citizens and their customers are some of the most ignorant people around. So this ross was a pleasant surprise.”

“This Marshall’s is one of the better ones I’ve visited. The store was spotless, racks were tidy, and shelves were fully stocked without feeling cluttered. “They put a lot of their stuff in cages. It makes it unnecessarily complicated to shop for simple things like makeup remover.
Other than that, their selection and items have always been good. Their baked goods have always been fresh too.”
