1241 N Rohlwing Rd, ItascaI was looking for something different from the usual Starbucks or Dunkin’, and I stumbled upon Biggby Coffee, it did not disappoint. The woman at the register greeted me with such warmth, enthusiasm, and courtesy. She was incredibly helpful and informative while walking me through the menu and options. They offer a great variety of drinks and bagel sandwiches. I ordered the honey cinnamon vanilla latte along with a sausage, egg, and cheese on an Asiago bagel. My latte came out within a minute or two and was absolutely amazing, perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and not overpowering with cinnamon, honey, or vanilla. A few minutes later, my sandwich arrived hot and fresh. When I noticed it was missing the sausage, I let the woman who took my order know. Without hesitation, she immediately offered to make me a new one. She returned with a fresh sandwich and even gave me a card for a free drink, which was such a kind and unexpected gesture. That level of care truly shows how much they value their customers and want you to come back. The atmosphere is relaxing, clean, and welcoming, and everyone there was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Biggby Coffee, you won’t be disappointed!
