Our visit came as a result of needing a 2nd opinion on a surgery. Dr. McKenzie listened to all our concerns, and presented multiple options in an easy to understand manner. When it became clear that surgery was needed, the surgeon, Dr. Weber, performed a seamless and minimally invasive procedure. She was quick to provide updates via phone call, and gave clear post-treatment instructions that have led to an easy-to-manage home care plan. We are so grateful to have our cat, Theo, alive and on the mend!

Their boarding facilities are excellent. The staff allowed my shy cats the time to adjust without adding to their stress. For the two weeks they were boarded I did not worry about their health or safety, there was no need to as I trust the staff completely. I have also highly recommended the medical practice and boarding facilities to others and will continue to do so.

I was a bit nervous at first because my older frenchie has some special needs but I could not be HAPPIER!While I consider them a local small business, the ease at which I am able to schedule and pay for the services is top notch and so easy. Their website is professional and easy to navigate. I get a little note about the service after each visit including what happened and pictures (!!! receiving them have become my favorite part of my day!). We use them 3 times a week and I find them to be quite affordable. If you are looking for a caring, professional, and dog loving service, look no further!

Couldn't find a more caring and knowledgable breeder. She also makes sure the family is capable of taking care of their dog. Covering all bases, KT is the best English Labrador breeder I have ever known of. Her dogs are stunning, and it shows.

I fell that the food wasn't up to previous visits. The food is good but used to be great. And prices are reasonable considering the challenges restaurants face. However, service was superior, so we will return.

Tina, our server was awesome! She asked us if we wanted coffee to go, we said yes! Tina got us a fresh pot and cups to go. Wow amazing service! It was packed and the whole staff had smiles! We had about a 35 minute wait (we didn't sign up in advance, next time we will).

The establishment is adorned with the most delightful Chicago memorabilia, lending it a truly charming and nostalgic air. And lo, the Chicago hot dogs they serve are a feast for the senses, each one a beautiful masterpiece adorned with mustard, relish, onions, tomatoes, a crisp pickle spear, sport peppers, and a dash of celery salt, all nestled in a poppy seed bun.
Moreover, the service is splendid, as warm and gracious as any fine Victorian host might offer, making each visit a genuine delight. It is, methinks, an indispensable stop on every journey. Huzzah!
