“I am writing to the management and staff of Penske, Romeoville. I can’t say enough about the staff who took care of me and one of our fleet trucks from Legacy Express. Holly and the staff at the customer service window were not only professional, but very friendly. Holly took the utmost care and made sure that my needs were taken care of right away, knowing I was on the clock. The technician working on my truck quickly diagnosed that I had a busted radiator and would require a new one. At that point Holly got me in contact with leasing and within 45 minutes I was on my way in a lease truck to my next destination. But wait that's not all. When I got home that evening after a full day, I found out that I was missing my pocket knife that my wife had bought me. The only time it could have fallen out of my pocket was when I was at the Penske restroom. My wife told me to call and just check. I said no way, no one's going to turn in that knife, because it's a Gerber quick assist knife. I called and Holly answered the phone and said yes we found it and it was turned in! To my surprise Holly gave me the information and the news that I was hoping for. This just goes to show you that professionalism and integrity is not dead. Penske of Romeoville went above and beyond what normal service departments usually do. To the person who turned my knife in, I say thank you. Thank you for your integrity and your ability to do the right thing. But this saga is not over yet because the very next day the vehicle that I got from Legacy had a huge gash on the sidewall or cap of the drive left tire. Just by chance I happen to be in Romeoville again. I called Holly and she said come right in we'll take care of it immediately and sure enough in 30 minutes the tire was fixed and I was on my way. That's when Holly gave me my knife and said that she was happy that someone found it and turned it in. I thanked her profusely because this was a gift for my wife. This kind of honesty and integrity is rare nowadays. “I have my own business and I have tried many local truck rental /storage locations and never too happy with one until I tried U-Haul Moving & Storage of Carol Stream. Trucks are always clean and in great working condition. The storage units are always clean with easy to use over head doors. But a big reason I have continued to use U-Haul Moving & Storage of Carol Stream for years was because of Catherine the mgr. When I heard she left U-Haul Moving & Storage of Carol Stream I thought I might have to find a new provider. I met the new Mgr DeShawn and I could hardly believe that he surpassed the great service I have received for years from Catherine. In today's world this level of knowledge of the job, friendliness, and a true desire to help is almost non existent! I highly recommend Mgr. Deshawn and U-Haul Moving & Storage of Carol Stream!!”

I had so many issues with trying to rent a car with Hertz - they needed a credit card, this and that and 2 forms of id and my blood type. Needless to say, my reservation fell through and I was pretty much stranded. I called up Budget at this location like 20 mins before they closed and spoke to Vicki. She was the best customer service I have ever experienced - even though she was about to close, she told me she would wait for me to Uber there and get me in a car and on my way.Within 15 minutes I was in a car to my destination in NC. “We rented a U-Haul 10' Truck to move storage units and had a great experience at the Mr Kwiks Service location in Naperville. The selection was plentiful and the truck was pristine inside and out. The only issue we had was due to the app requirements, which were not smooth, but Ken at the office helped us upgrade our van to a truck and get everything set. We had a friendly and professional experience with Ken and enjoyed talking about "old Napervile" back in the day. We'll be happy to rent from Mr. Kwiks Service again in the future.”
