“This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are clean, modern, and well set up. Beds are comfortable and TV has lots of channels an available as well. Even the hallways and elevators have a crisp, inviting, and modern look. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I had the opportunity to both stay as a guest and to teach in one of the conference rooms. The conference area is also beautiful. I love the set up of the auditorium, it is perfect for presentations and was well set up prior to the class start. The hotel is in a great location with access to numerous restaurants and also has a Ruth's Chris on site as well as another, more casual restaurant near the lobby area. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again gladly.”

“Our stay at Best Western Glenview was good. We stayed in the king suite on first floor. Clean and friendly staff. Continental Breakfast was included with price of room but we decided to go out to another place instead. During our stay there was noise in upstairs room but was not a problem since was nonexistent after hours. Parking was free but could be challenge if arriving late in evening. We did not have any issues. Overall we would stay again due to great value for accommodations.

“They have a shuttle service to the airport, so that was quite handy. They also give complementary toothbrush and toothpaste, which came in handy as I didn’t have mine. The breakfast is served at 6:00 and it’s your typical hotel breakfast, so nothing fancy. Overall I would recommend this place”

“Stayed one night on AA voucher because my flight was canceled. The bed was comfortable and had feather pillows. Large, well appointed, fresh smelling, ample luxurious towels, toiletries. I would have liked to stay another night, but my rescheduled flight left early the following morning. (The shuttle never arrived to collect me from the airport, so I had to take a taxi. I waited outside, in the snow. I wasn’t happy about that.)”

“This hotel was great. From the smell, the service, Starbucks, and a good food. However, 3 out of my 4 towels had stains on them and Aja was kind, cool, and collected when I told her. Even when I checked in she was amazing!!! Me and my coworker’s key kept not working and we had to make several walks downstairs because we were locked out. Great location and shuttle service you can’t beat. But they just need to button up on housekeeping.”

“We were visiting from AZ for our daughter's Navy Basic training graduation. They were very helpful and accommodating. I asked if possible to be upgraded to a room with more beds because we booked before we knew our Sailor would have overnight liberty.
We were able to bring our 2 small dogs, they have several nice pet areas. Wonderful breakfeast. Free laundry, grounds are kept clean.
I wish housekeeping would of been done every day as their policy states but other than that it was amazing property with a peaceful stay.”

“I recently arranged a 5 week stay at Extended Stay America in Des Plaines, IL for my tenants while their apartment was being renovated, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. As a landlord coordinating an extended relocation for the first time, I wanted to ensure they were comfortable, cared for, and well accommodated — and this team delivered on every count.
I had the pleasure of meeting Theresa Wiles, the General Manager, who walked me through every aspect of the property, including services, amenities, and room configurations. She was incredibly generous with her time, patiently answering all of my questions and giving me complete confidence that my tenants would be in good hands.
At check-in, the tenants and I met Wilfredo Saez, the Assistant General Manager, who guided me through the financial arrangements and service options. She explained room cleaning schedules, breakfast availability, parking policies, front desk support, and even coordinated the delivery of dishes and small appliances to the room. Her attention to detail and genuine commitment to a smooth experience made a noticeable difference.
Throughout their stay, my tenants consistently shared how friendly, helpful, and attentive the entire staff was. Every interaction they had reinforced the welcoming culture of this location.

“We stayed here for 3 nights, coincidentally, on Columbus Day weekend. The hotel is a little dated but in a classic good way.
Staff were welcoming and helpful. My wife and I stayed on the 4th floor and my parents on the 2nd. Walking the halls, you can definitely tell the style is a little dated but looks quite classic and nice. The rooms themselves were clean and spacious. A con is that there was only 1 outlet by the bed and only on one side. The water pressure and heat were very impressive. Water came out very hot if you weren't careful, and the pressure was great. You couldn't tell that the hotel was packed full at all. I dont know if we got lucky or not, but it was also very quiet for us.
Breakfast is not included but I got it included with my corporate rate. I believe you can make a booking including breakfast but it only costs $15 separately. I believe this is a fair price and well worth it. The muffins were freshly baked and the rest of the offerings were quite tasty as well. Dont forget that it's all you can eat for this as well.
The gym equipment was a little dated. There is a water bottle refill station which is nice. We didn't get to try the pool, but it looked like there was a deep end to it. Looked like a good sized pool.
All in all, enjoyed our stay and would stay again.”

“We have visited this Sybaris several times just for my spouse and I can enjoy the jacuzzi and steam room and relax as well as for a few of our wedding anniversaries. We have never been disappointed. It's always clean, inviting and relaxing. We love the shower/steam room combo we had this last time. That was amazing!
