“Perfect Boystown Stay — Boutique Feel & Great Accessibility
This place surprised me in the best way. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Boystown, but it still feels like a quiet boutique hotel with charm. The rooms are bright, clean, and accessible, and there’s a lovely outdoor garden area that makes it feel cozy and peaceful.
Only small note: the bed height might be a bit high for some wheelchair users, but otherwise accessibility was great.
The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay!”
“We always pick Loew’s for our sleep, park and fly. During the winter it’s great to park in the ramp.The staff are amazing and the restaurants connected and close by are great!”

“They do provide 24 hour shuttle to O'Hara, which is a plus. Runs every 30 minutes. Rooms are OK. Front desk was not so friendly at check in but nicer person at check out. Thought the price was high for what you get. Not sure why the O'Hare area has loads of hotels but no restaurants in walking distance.”

“They have a shuttle service to the airport, so that was quite handy. They also give complementary toothbrush and toothpaste, which came in handy as I didn’t have mine. The breakfast is served at 6:00 and it’s your typical hotel breakfast, so nothing fancy. Overall I would recommend this place”

“Very nice, clean, and extensive options for breakfast. While there, it snowed for 24 hours and the parking lot was continually plowed and salted. This will definitely be my go to hotel for future visits. Plus, the Sears Tower could be seen from my room.”

“I was there for a business conference this past weekend, I totally loved the hotel, it was well lit, clean, ample parking, the conference room the we were at was super big and warm, we were a big group. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, the bathrooms were really nice and clean, their cleaning crew where checking that the bathrooms were properly stocked and clean at all times, they have nice eating areas with tvs and plenty of places to seat down, I didn't get to see the bedrooms but if I'm going to judge by what I saw in the lower level I'm sure they are wonderful too, I totally recommend this hotel. ?❤️”

When I asked if there was hot water nearby to make tea she explained there was tea and a microwave in the room but she would happily get some for me. She went above and beyond in everything she was asked. Thank you Lariya”

“Stayed one night on AA voucher because my flight was canceled. The bed was comfortable and had feather pillows. Large, well appointed, fresh smelling, ample luxurious towels, toiletries. I would have liked to stay another night, but my rescheduled flight left early the following morning. (The shuttle never arrived to collect me from the airport, so I had to take a taxi. I waited outside, in the snow. I wasn’t happy about that.)”
“Update 4/29/24: Stayed here again for the weekend for my sister’s wedding, along with 30+ other people. Once again can back my original review with the fact that this place is where you want to stay if you’re in Chicago. They were extremely accommodating and very helpful. I also want to personally thank “Janete Lopez” she was very helpful in helping me book my first group rate hotel booking. I wish I can give this place 10 stars. EVERY staff member was truly amazing and deserved to be recognized . I hope management sees this and really rewards them for their hard work!Didn’t even check out before writing thisreview! This was an amazing hotel, very clean, spacious and the staff is Oh so friendly! It’s a great location just about a half hour from downtown. The breakfast is amazing and they do a great job of making sure the dining/breakfast area stays clean. I will definitely be back here in April with my party of 50+. Definitely recommend!”

“This hotel was great. From the smell, the service, Starbucks, and a good food. However, 3 out of my 4 towels had stains on them and Aja was kind, cool, and collected when I told her. Even when I checked in she was amazing!!! Me and my coworker’s key kept not working and we had to make several walks downstairs because we were locked out. Great location and shuttle service you can’t beat. But they just need to button up on housekeeping.”

“Our stay was phenomenal. We may have been the only one with a child (not completely sure) but they were amazing and made us feel very welcome. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the valet service is prompt and the food was amazing! We only stayed one night but we will definitely stay again if in Chicago! Just 15 minutes from most museums/tourist attractions, this hotel is a gem. Thank you for making our son's first Chicago trip truly unforgettable.”

“This place is AWESOME. My Husband surprised me with a room for my birthday a week ago. The room was cleaned well, cool and comfortable. The bed had rose petals on it and ballon’s that said Happy Birthday. The champagne and chocolate covered strawberries were phenomenal. I loved the birthday card that they gave me too. The 3 headed shower is a MUST. The lighting and fireplace turn colors . We will come here often. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“I recently arranged a 5 week stay at Extended Stay America in Des Plaines, IL for my tenants while their apartment was being renovated, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. As a landlord coordinating an extended relocation for the first time, I wanted to ensure they were comfortable, cared for, and well accommodated — and this team delivered on every count.
I had the pleasure of meeting Theresa Wiles, the General Manager, who walked me through every aspect of the property, including services, amenities, and room configurations. She was incredibly generous with her time, patiently answering all of my questions and giving me complete confidence that my tenants would be in good hands.
At check-in, the tenants and I met Wilfredo Saez, the Assistant General Manager, who guided me through the financial arrangements and service options. She explained room cleaning schedules, breakfast availability, parking policies, front desk support, and even coordinated the delivery of dishes and small appliances to the room. Her attention to detail and genuine commitment to a smooth experience made a noticeable difference.
Throughout their stay, my tenants consistently shared how friendly, helpful, and attentive the entire staff was. Every interaction they had reinforced the welcoming culture of this location.

“Pros of this place: It's clean, quiet, and has friendly service. Con: The floor in our room was so uneven that it very noticeably sloped downhill as we walked across the room...to the point where even when laying down on the bed, you could feel the slope of the mattress, which caused the foot of the bed to be slightly but noticeably higher up than the head. Same with the desk. It did not sit level, so if you put something like a pen on it, it would roll down. There are WAY bigger problems that can be found in a hotel than this. I've traveled enough, I know. The weird flooring is minor, but worth noting. Otherwise, our room was clean, and staff were friendly. I recommend this place.Rooms: Very clean. As noted in my main review, the flor in our room was extremely sloped, which was weird, but minor.Food & drinks: This hotel has two restaurants. One is a fancy Italian one, and the other is more of a seafood bar and grill. We went to the seafood one, (Poor Phil's) and liked it.”
