“Been with Community Choice in Clive for at least a few years now. Never had issues with their customer service, not once. Sweet and nice people there. Even when I call in, the longest I've ever had to deal with a potential issue was around 20ish minutes, and it was quickly resolved. Very professional amd hardworking people. Those cashier’s helped save me from losing $18,400 with refusing to give me the whole amount. Limits help. Alicia is helping me now getting back in order. “I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with PCU, the employees are beyond amazing and after having banked at Wells Fargo in the past (that was a mistake), PCU has been a complete breath of fresh air. It’s nice to bank with people who act like people instead of corporate robots, and to put your money somewhere that doesn’t rip you off at every available opportunity. By the way, you won’t find a more reasonable CD investment rate in Des Moines, Iowa because it doesn’t exist.
I recommend PCU to everyone in their area. The difference between how you are treated at a locally owned credit union vs an international banks is vast. If I could give them six stars, I’d do that.
It’s really their employees that shine. They really care about what they do and it absolutely shows.

“I went in to open my oldest teen an account and stacey helped us set everything up for her , she explained how the card works and was able to set her mobile banking online asap but we loved the most was that she was patient with us and respected us all the way . we had questions and she answered politely and gave us pointers on how to manage my daughters card . we felt very comfortable and appreciated as clients. Stacey is amazing lady and we definitely will be recommending veridian to all friends and family . i have had my account for years now at veridian and love it . 🥰”

“I usually frequent the Johnston branch (however all branches are good), but the Johnston branch is the best in my opinion. Everyone there is friendly, compassionate and never make you feel rushed during your transaction.
I recently visited the Johnston branch and I had the pleasure of working with Brad (teller). I had some issues with my checking account. We worked through it, but it did take some time. I never felt like a burden, and he had knack of making me feel like I was the only one in the bank, and there isn't a line behind you. Again no rushing. This interaction was not a one off. I witnessed him treating the gentleman ahead if me the same way.
In the world of rush-rush, to be treated this way was refreshing. He also treated me with respect and compassion.
Brad is great employee, and an amazing front line representative for Veridian Credit Union.
