“I needed a repair claim filed. I did my own online & it said it was denied. That we didn't have coverage. Went into the Douglas T Mobile location. The Manager Jen N was a huge help! She contacted Assurant & spent a significant amount of time ensuring that the claim was entered correctly & that I was able to get local repair, as I am allowed per our insurance plan, instead of a new phone which would have included a deductible.

“Noah Seniva was the associate who helped me today. My partner of 31 years had died, and I wanted his voicemail saved to a file on my phone, so I could listen to it. Noah did that for me, he switched the account to just my phone, and he dealt with customer service about an outstanding bill. This last thing was time consuming, not the least because he was put on hold for quite awhile. He was patient and competent through all these procedures and was kind to me during something that was very sad for me. You have a fine young man representing your store in Noah.”

“I had an excellent experience at the AT&T store on Merle hay Road if you ever need anything in your AT&T, please go there and ask for Diego. He is one knowledgeable young man. he helped me with everything I needed even explained some things to me that I didn’t understand went over even the fact that they carry in-home Internet now that’s not interruptible. It’s a wonderful store now that he’s there again ask for Diego he’s excellent.”

“Target Merle Hay is a-ok. Smaller version of the "super" Target that is only 5 min away. The layout of this location is different from the rest. It's also located and attached to the mall. Grocery can be found here. This location had some items in stock that others would be fully stocked. Nice collection of everything that a larger store would have: Opalhouse, Hearth and Hand, seasonal clothing brands, vegan items, electronics, bikes. I can tell they stock less of the items due to space. Service is ok. I tend to see same cashiers and customer service managers. I hardly come here but I have found that if other locations are out of something, I can find it here via Target app. Drive up pick up is offered here. Parking lot can be crazy. Layout is similar to others in DSM but just smaller.”

“I live in Iowa and pay for my parents phones in Arkansas. It is very inconvenient for me. Most temporary passwords and/or pins are texted to their Arkansas phones, not mine. They are 80yo. They get confused easily. This was the ONLY store in the Des Moines area that answered my phone call and tried to help me. If you're going to a Cricket store, I recommend you go see these ladies. JESS and her staff care!”
“My last review I said I'd come back and I did today. Had a great experience with a young lady named Rosy. I had two to three things to get done and she took care of everything in a timely manner. As a costumer I've had bad experiences in other locations. Always a pain in the butt having to come back for mistake.For a second there was an error (not by her) but she fixed it right away! Literally cheered her on after she got it resolved ??? she was all positive vibes, polite and easy to talk to! Id say give the girl a raise, hard to find friendly and great costumer service these days.”
