“I called the post office and the phone was answered right away. The man I talked to about a problem I was having with a change of address was very helpful and even went out of his way to speak to the carrier of that route. My problem was solved quickly and efficiently.”

“I really like the Johnston post office. That staff consistently makes an effort to be pleasant and keep the lines moving. It is certainly a busy place with passport service, but I dont have to schedule an extra half hour to mail a package like some locations.”

“I come here all the time and have great service. I have been using usps for 20 years and never had issues even if I had I wouldn’t come on here and say negative things about employees. The entitlement in these review section is crazy to me.
It took more time out of your day to leave a review about a business not answering a phone than it would be to just go in. And complaining about having to wait in a line is ridiculous. Is waiting for service hard? I will continue to support my local usps”
“Justin was a lot of help mailing my wedding invitations. I was unaware of different stamp charges and had spent way more than I needed buying stamps (the wrong ones) ahead of time and he was very kind and helped me stamp the invites with the correct kind.”
