Her name is a Stacey and she was so incredibly helpful. She undid all the wrong done by the reps who fraudulently feature bombed all of my lines and didn’t tell me anything. Thank you Stacey! I hope ATT recognizes what a valuable employee they have because she really stands out amongst their other employees. She should not have to do her own job plus fix the errors of employees from other branches!!!”
“I've been with US Cell since '99...I've dealt with several different stores over the years. We've all had our dealings with US Cell over the years (yes, you, too) and sometimes they aren't all pleasant experiences. Happened to be in the big city today (70 miles away from my home) and decided that today was the day that I was finally going to upgrade my phone so US Cell and T-Mobile would stop sending me letters and texts telling me I needed to upgrade.
I have never been in this store before, I'm not sure why I even picked this store instead of the more popular ones, but I checked reviews and thought I'd like this one. Gotta say...I was verrry satisfed with my experience. Jennie took care of everything, showed me the new phones, explained everything perfectly and was even able to transfer over all my shtuff from my old Cat S62. I even let Jennie sell me almost everything she recommended...I did spend more than I expected and more than I wanted to, but I can honestly say that the great experience that I had in this store was worth every penny.”

“Great staff! So helpful and willing to work with people...if you can be respectful and understanding yourself that is. Several options to get your loans. Cash (at times, dangerous to keep that around), checks, loading onto a prepaid card they have, and others. Several ways to meet one's needs, just ask for your preference. Worth a stop if in need and better than other options imho.”
