“Let me tell y’all about this place right here. On a breezy Saturday morning. I sat in my son’s room and stared at his Xbox that had not been working for nearly 5 months. I wanted to take it to the place that previously worked on it. But, they were closed due to new hours of operation. My wife, thankfully found this place. And to my surprise, they not only were able to repair the Xbox for a reasonable price. They fixed it the same day!!! Store opens at 9 am. And I got the call at 10:30 am to pick up the Xbox. It is working perfectly now and my kid couldn’t be happier!! I will definitely be going back for repairs on other technology devices. Thank you CPR. Y’all are awesome in my book!”

“After a horrible 3 part experience at the University Ave location I came here hoping to find a kind, knowledgeable, aware, experienced and honest person. I did! Her name is a Stacey and she was so incredibly helpful. She undid all the wrong done by the reps who fraudulently feature bombed all of my lines and didn’t tell me anything. Thank you Stacey! I hope ATT recognizes what a valuable employee they have because she really stands out amongst their other employees. She should not have to do her own job plus fix the errors of employees from other branches!!!”

“I've been with US Cell since '99...I've dealt with several different stores over the years. We've all had our dealings with US Cell over the years (yes, you, too) and sometimes they aren't all pleasant experiences. Happened to be in the big city today (70 miles away from my home) and decided that today was the day that I was finally going to upgrade my phone so US Cell and T-Mobile would stop sending me letters and texts telling me I needed to upgrade.
I have never been in this store before, I'm not sure why I even picked this store instead of the more popular ones, but I checked reviews and thought I'd like this one. Gotta say...I was verrry satisfed with my experience. Jennie took care of everything, showed me the new phones, explained everything perfectly and was even able to transfer over all my shtuff from my old Cat S62. I even let Jennie sell me almost everything she recommended...I did spend more than I expected and more than I wanted to, but I can honestly say that the great experience that I had in this store was worth every penny.”

“Professional and quick. He helped fixed a replacement phone for a reasonable price and same day after it had been damaged. I didn't have my old damaged phone backed up either and he helped me it to a point where it would be able to backup contacts, phone numbers, and messages so I could transfer them to my new phone. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone who has a cracked screen.”

“Great staff! So helpful and willing to work with people...if you can be respectful and understanding yourself that is. Several options to get your loans. Cash (at times, dangerous to keep that around), checks, loading onto a prepaid card they have, and others. Several ways to meet one's needs, just ask for your preference. Worth a stop if in need and better than other options imho.”
“I have never been with With such an awesome person that takes their time, Gabrielle helped me out with everything. She’s very, very very knowledgeable. I wouldn’t have been able to do this and I can’t get out much so she was such an awesome help, but I do believe that she should not be in building by herself and she was really good with all the people coming in and speaking to each one of them I would send anybody here and I’ve been with Verizon. “I recently moved to a rural area and cell phone signal was intermittent at best. Multiple contacts with my long time carrier left me frustrated and angry so I visited other carriers without success. No one was actually listening to me, I didn't want high speed this and extreme that, just a basic service without all of the bells and whistles. I was done paying well over $100 a month for nothing and was given one sales pitch after another by people talking over my head, my former carrier being worst of all. It was SUCH a relief when I came to the T-Mobile store, Rome and David provided me with outstanding customer service, patient and informative, and had my service switched in minutes at less than a third of what I'd been paying. I arrived home to the best cell phone signal I've had in nearly a year as a very happy senior!”
