“This gas station had some good sales and deals. I liked the overall customer service of the employees here. I've never been greeted so many times by so many of the employees. The employees were friendly, professional, efficient, and hard-working. Parking was plentiful and the store was clean.”
“We had never been to any Casey's before this. However, in one of the social events, we were offered Pizza slices (Cheese), and we were pleasantly surprised with how tasty they were.
On inquiring, we got to know that it was from Casey's Pizza. That's when we decided to try out Casey.
We were passing through and stopped by to explore this specific outlet.
We ordered in-store. Gwen helped us out with our order.
We explained that being vegetarians, we were allergic to any kind of meat. Gwen was very kind and patient with us.
She gave us the option of Cheese Pizza, with some toppings of veggies, olives, jalapenos and few more.
She, herself, went inside the kitchen to get the Pizza ready for us.
In the meantime, we bought a coffee as well.
The coffee was awesome - tasted on-par with the Starbucks coffee. The aroma of the freshly-brewed was mind-blowing.
In about 15 minutes time, she brought us the Pizza. It looked so colorful, neatly done and looked great.
We thanked Gwen for her time, patience and suggestion.
We reached home and jumped on the pizza.
The taste was amazing. One of the best pizzas that we've had in the recent times.
It was properly done, the taste and quantity of cheese was perfect, the toppings were ample.
I would say - their pizza is better than some of the top-order chains of pizza stores.
Overall - our visit to this Store was worth it ! Thanks Gwen and Casey's !

“This location is prime real estate since it's just off the interstate Mills Civic, West Des Moines exit. This particular location is connected to a fast food restaurant, which adds to the draw of travelers. The store is clean and well-stocked. The employees seemed to be working hard. They were professional and efficient. Good place to stop.”

“CVS located in Target near westown parkway & university ave has the absolute best customer service. The pharmacist there should be recognized for what I witnessed today and the last time I was there!”
“This Caseys location has an Iced Caramel machiotto machine that I've never previously seen anywhere. I decided I needed to see what the hype was all about, and I wanted to give this a try. The machine also gives the option of one, two, or three shots of espresso. The drink is rather expensive for a gas station coffee machine, but it did taste good. The store was clean, and the employees were professional”
“Best Casey's in des moines by far. Always have the Warner's packed with hot fresh food!! The staff are so polite and super friendly, and don't get me started on the bathrooms they are the cleanest by far of any other Casey's in town and actually smelt fresh. I actuallyfell safe using the toilet unlike the rest of them that are always litterd with trash and stink to high heaven of urine and have the filthiest toilets..”

“I stopped by Kum & Go this morning and bought a lemon poppyseed muffin for breakfast. I was surprised by how decorated this gas station is for Christmas. I don't recall ever walking into a gas station that is decked out for Christmas, but this location has definitely embraced the holiday spirit.”

“I've typically been upset lately with coming here since Maverick's transition, due to my card not working at the pumps. But today, one of the women behind the counter was super helpful, actually coming out to the pump with me. Magically, it worked, so it's probably just my card, or she's the magical piece. I'm giving this store a rating of 5 stars because she was super helpful. For a quick second, I felt like I was back in small-town America with helpful and kind people. I hope she has a wonderful day. However, the are compressor location is not well lit. They used to have an compressor that would fill tires to the desired pressure. It was also in a better lit location.”
“I’m traveling for work and came down with the flu pretty suddenly! The teledoc called 2 scripts into this store (in target on Mills Civic). I noticed on the CVS app they only had one script and called - at 15 minutes to close. Annie answered and was so helpful! She said she’d call the teledoc and try to get that second med. she said as long as she got it by 8pm/close she’d fill it so I didn’t have to wait! She was great and really seemed to care about getting me the meds I needed without waiting overnight.”
“I like the location of this gas station because it's next to the University Avenue exit and is connected to a Burger King. Also, if you need a car wash, it's directly behind the gas station and the Burger King. The customer service here is very good and friendly. The inside of this store is clean. I will be back to this location of Kum & Go.”
“Did not go into store, but pumping my gas was quick and easy. Coupled with the discount from Hy-Vee Perks, it was a great experience. Everything I could see was clean and free from trash, etc.”

He said there was only two people in the whole store including himself. This dude was doing the work of at-least one other person, possibly two with a great attitude and smile on his face. “On Thursday, September 4th around 7:50 PM, I witnessed an amazing act of teamwork at this store. One cashier was left working the register alone, and the line had gotten very long. She was clearly stressed, and another employee named Brett—who was actually in the store as a customer at the time—noticed what was happening.
Without hesitation, he asked if she was by herself, and when she said yes, he immediately stepped in, logged in, and started helping her clear the line even though he wasn’t required to.
That kind of initiative and teamwork is rare, and it really stood out to me. It not only helped the cashier and the other customers, but it also left a very positive impression on me as a customer”
“Just stopped in to grab some late night pizza for the crew. service was excellent, i was greeted as I came through the door. The gentleman in the kitchen let me know I had 10 mins on pizzas, store was clean and stocked and the cashier was friendly and excellent, as always. Pizzas were so perfect, toppings, spacing, cut lines, they honestly did not have to go that hard as a gas station kitchen, but excellent work. 10/10 will brag about.”

“Couldn't give Casey's more props for the Stellar performance of your air compressor setup on the outside of your buildings these air nozzles are the best in town by far beat any other gas station 10 to 1 and its free, the donuts are good the bathrooms are always clean the pizzas to die for I mean the only thing that I don't like about them is they don't sell cheap cigarettes I can go to one of the fish games and get a pack of montego's for five bucks here they're $8 only drawback of this place the price on the cigarettes otherwise I would go here any day actually everyday thanks Casey's”

“Okay the app for the fuep pumps is do crazy cool. You pay in your car and it activates the pump with the fuel you selected, you just insert the pump, no punching the touch screen woth bare hands in sub zero cold , sharing germs with sll who touched the buttons before you! I hate the 20 questions at the pump, it costs me too much time that I just don't have and this very innovated, customer first app holds all the answers to those problems;!;, the time it took to sign up and use the app was less than two minutes. Just put the pump in your tank. No standing in the windy or cold or hot putting in rewards number yes no for a reciept and waiting for card authorization before fueling. This spp Eliminates all the things i hate about paying at the pump and you still get a discount that's worth it, it doesn't take so many points to save five cents, i got 30 cents off for being a first time customer after that i save 30 cents plus . Definitely worth it. Oh and you get a digital receipt which makes filing them easy the first photo shows the ocon , its the red gas pump all the way on the left third row down”
