“I stopped by for a Diet Coke on my way home. I'm a member of Hy-Vee's perks program, so I appreciate the $1 medium sized sodas. The store was clean and well-stocked. The employees seemed to be hard workers and efficient, professional, and friendly. This is a busy location.”

“I love the store - they have so many fun things I always love looking at. It’s down the street from my house which is so nice.
The pharmacy part used to be bad but honestly, they’ve done a really good job the last year. All medications are on time and I’m notified/called if something is wrong. There’s two regular pharmacists if I’m not mistaken and both are great - each one checks in with me with medication changes and make sure that I understand what they are. I really have come to love this pharmacy and it’s really a hidden (not so hidden) gem for me ❤️ thanks for doing great things!”

“Stopped here for gas and bites, cashier was hysterical. And food (I got fruit, brave I know) was fresh and tasty. Ill go again if I'm in area. Restrooms were also very clean and safe which as a girl who travels alone often is a really nice benefit.”

The staff is always friendly, the store is clean, and they’ve got everything I need—whether it’s snacks, drinks, or fuel. Gotta love and support our local gas stations that consistently go above and beyond. Always a solid stop in my day!

“I stopped by Kum & Go late one night, and I had a mostly great experience. The young man working the counter—who, I must say, was an absolute sexy muffin—provided excellent service. He was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of smoothly. Even wishing me a happy holidays!
The only downside to my visit was the excessively loud music in the store. It was hard to hear him over the noise, which was especially challenging because my hearing aids are sensitive. When I asked if he could turn it down, he explained that the volume knob doesn’t work and only management is allowed to adjust it. Unfortunately, there are no managers on duty during the night shift, so he wasn’t able to fix the issue.
While I completely understand that this was out of his control, it’s a bit frustrating that something so simple can’t be resolved without management present. I hope the store addresses this to improve the nighttime customer experience.
Despite that hiccup, I was impressed by the service and the dedication of the cashier. His charm and professionalism definitely made my visit worthwhile. I’ll definitely be back!”
“Came clear from out of town to meet up with my roommate in Clive before they saw Bad Omens. Very friendly cashier, clean compared to other locations compared to years ago when I lived in Des Moines. Definitely not too busy despite how crazy the weather was and all the events near by going on. Ice cold Gatorade was great just wish they'd have had a sugar free Gatorade option but if they did they were out of stock.”

“Smaller chain growing to about 50 total stations. They are Top Tier fuel, which my car runs better with. Most certified Top Tier stations will offer a warranty to cover any engine damage due to using their fuel. In greater Des Moines area, only MagaSaver, Quick Trip, Shell, Costco, and if you can find a Phillips 66,Conoco, or Sinclair are Top Tier. Friendly staff. 11cent discount per gallon,if you pay inside store. No sign up required. Keep their prices competitive, often cheaper. Hope this helps .”
“Extremely clean except for one little thing- vomit all over the women's restroom floor. I see good reviews so I am sure this isn't the norm. The main shopping area was spotless, everything stocked and in place. Friendly clerks who went to clean the restroom upon me mentioning the bathroom condition.”

“Employees here are friendly and helpful. Billy especially. He goes above and his duties. I was parked here and had a medical emergency and when I informed them, they assured me that my truck would be monitored as I was in paid parking close to the building. Awesome customer service.”

“I use my car as my office and so I see a lot of gas stations and most importantly their restrroms. Not only was this the cleanest and nicest Git n Go restroom I have ever used but also the best restroom in the metro area. The cashier was also very friendly.”

“This location recently opened and sits with a block or so of a brand new Kwik Star. As with all newer locations it's an up to date store and everything from the bathrooms to the storefront itself just kind shines. Typical Casey's as far as customer service and selection. Grab a slice. If it's fresh you won't regret it!”

“Kwik Star used to be a guarantee for fair gas station prices, but that' changed dramatically. For soda, they are the only GS whom doesn't do two-for deals with Pepsi products. And they had the raw nerve to change their king-sized candy bars from $3.29 to $3.99 - and in one day! The old $3.29 price on one item was left out as proof.. Really?!? A 70 cent mark-up for a candy bar in one day?!.. Also, to top everything off, the lady working there late night is condescending.... Come on KS! Get back to the fair-priced GS you always were.. Dang!”
