“GREAT!!! Took my phone to another location for a new screen. By the time I got home, a matter of minutes, the phone was rapidly discharging. I couldn't recharge it because the thermal sensor was not working. I took the phone back to the shop and the owner told me that I needed a new phone...cost, $189.00, plus tax. I got a new phone but the power was too low on the old one for a data transfer. I went to CPR Cell Phone Repair, located on 5th Street in West Des Moines (Valley Junction) and they were able to fix the phone and complete the data transfer. I'm back in business. Couldn't thank them enough.”

Both my daughter and I got a new phone and he made sure we were each happy with the options we selected for our phones and accessories. Even after we made a choice and changed our minds, he was patient and explained the choices again. Deshaun was professional yet made the experience fun. I didn’t need to switch my phone along with my daughter but did because the option to speak with a human vs an automated service on an 800 # is worth a little extra a month. I will recommend his exemplary service to anyone who asks.”
