“I had an excellent experience at the Verizon store in Crescent Springs, KY! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and received outstanding customer service. Taylor, the manager, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and helpful. He made the entire process easy and took the time to answer all my questions. Xavier also assisted me and provided excellent service. Both were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend this Verizon store, especially Taylor and Xavier, to anyone looking for a new plan, upgrading a phone, or needing assistance with Verizon services. They are a great team, and their customer service was excellent from start to finish!”

“Stopped in today in capacity of a rideshare driver just trying to help an elderly rider that got a new phone from somewhere but didnt know she needed a new charging block. Got incredible Good Samaritan help from a AT&T member today for this rider. Together we really made a positive impact on her day/week. It was a small simple gesture to most but monumental for her. Thank you for your help today Sir! You know who you are... plus in my excitement to help I didnt catch your name! But thank you for your kindness! Highly recommend this location for your cellular needs! They also have atleast 1 great human! And I'm sure they have others.”

“I stopped into this store to pick up a quick prepaid SIM card and some extra data while traveling through the area, and the service was surprisingly quick and efficient. The storefront was clean, bright, and well-organized with all the latest devices on display, making it easy to see what options they had available. The representative who helped me was very polite and handled the activation process smoothly, getting my phone hooked up to the network in just a few minutes without trying to aggressively upsell me on expensive accessories or insurance plans. My only minor complaint was that the store was a bit understaffed with only one employee working the floor, so a small line started to form behind me, but the staff member did a great job of staying focused and moving the process along as quickly as possible.”
