“Great customer service in this store! Why did I have to go to this store? No one online could help me unless I gave them a four digit PIN. Unfortunately, when they switched from Cincinnati Bell to AltaFiber, I was never asked to create a PIN. Their alternate plan when I called was to have me give them a copy of my driver's license! Does this sound like a potential for identity theft? If I had not received great customer service at the store, I would have cancelled. AltaFiber....get another, safer way to verify who you are before there is a huge identity theft problem!”

“I was helped by Makayla S. My wife and I went in to troubleshoot opening a business account. It was a lengthy process but Makayla was able to get everything fixed and up and running. This was after we spent multiple hours on the phone over the weekend before we went into the store where Makayla fixed everything. Mike and another co-worker helped us transfer our data from our old phones to new ones (no charge), helped pack up our old phones for sending back to T-Mobile for recycling and did this all with warmth and humor. “Great deals and staff. In and out if not to busy in 15 mins. Got my wifi through them on a sweet deal for $25 a month, but that was a grandfathered price on when, I purchased. Buying case and screen protectors from them cost a bit more, but lifetime replacement is worth the like $15 more.”

“Love this verizon. Only Verizon location I will do my business. There was one associate that was super helpful. Her name is Mikayla... she was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely helpful, got me the best deals for my upgrade and even helped me switch over all my stuff from old phone to new phone. She was very kind and took time to show me everything I could add to my new phone, helped me with picking out the best plans. Absolutely the best customer service worker I've ever met. If you go to Verizon on mall road definitely ask for mikayla She will set you up and make sure you get the best deals and best add ons. I got Disney plus and Hulu with my plan. So awesome. Having an 8 yr old the Disney plus was a dream come true and it was all included in my plan. So very pleased with expirence I had. I literally will not work with anyone other than mikayla ever again when it comes to my cell or the service. Trust me she is an angel. I'm so bad with technology but love taking photos and my new phone even came with a pen (Samsung galaxy s23 ultra) best phone I've ever had.”

“Spectrum Mobile is an amazingly well kept secret! The customer service at the Florence store is impressive. I dreaded going to switch from Verizon to Spectrum and I was suspicious about how much it would really cost. Raymond Wisecarver helped me immediately, answering questions easily and confidently and when I was unsure he continued to explain and offer scenarios. We had 4 phones moved to this new service and purchased 2 new phones in a total of 50 minutes (and that included all of my questions)! Thank you Raymond for your patience and restoring my faith in the service part of customer service!”
