“I was charged $77 for fuel when I returned the car with a full tank of gas which prompted me to give them a 1 star rating, but they quickly fixed the problem so I am now raising the rating to 4 stars. Were it not for this hiccup, I would give them 5 stars.”
“Had a quick visit to Cincy on October 4. It was crowded when we got in but the team was so nice and helpful and the line went super fast. Jason was who helped us and he was so friendly and helpful and made the experience very simple. Probably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at a rental car counter.”
“This was a great rental car experience! We were greeted by Hakeem when we walked up to the counter. We accidentally left our luggage at the counter when we went to get the car. Hakeem rushed out to bring us our luggage before we left. Highly recommend!”
“Trisch at the preferred counter is awesome. Rented a malibu in May, got 15 minutes down the road and realized the back left tire was making an annoying noise I didn't want to deal with for my 6 hour drive. Returned the car and she upgraded me to a Volvo XC60. Trisch is the reason I'm a preferred member and a loyal AVIS customer! Rented there three times in the last two months.”
