“Great customer service in this store! Why did I have to go to this store? No one online could help me unless I gave them a four digit PIN. Unfortunately, when they switched from Cincinnati Bell to AltaFiber, I was never asked to create a PIN. Their alternate plan when I called was to have me give them a copy of my driver's license! Does this sound like a potential for identity theft? If I had not received great customer service at the store, I would have cancelled. AltaFiber....get another, safer way to verify who you are before there is a huge identity theft problem!”

“A little disappointing this time. A few weeks ago the lady manager I spoke to about getting my sister who's handicapped a new flip phone I wanted to bring her in. She said that would be great purchase a phone an she'd get a iPad too. Yesterday the 7-1-2025 I met my sister there she is on fixed income to purchase phone. Chris waited on her and was very pleasant an helpful I told him what the manager had told me, he started setting her up and then learned you no longer could Honor that deal :( What a Disappointment
He wrote down my name number email as well. She got the phone we left.
Today I received email from Tmobile about something to sign, so I called the 800 number I was afraid to open it. I've had alot of emails from Tmobile that were scam
So I checked figured out it wasn't for me but it was for my sister. I thought to ask if and when Id get the refer a friend that the manager had told me about.?
And since he took my info that it was taken care of and done. Only to learn another disappointing fact that since I didn't fill out some kind of paper for it or anything that No I wouldn't get that either!??
Wow!Just Wow!! Nothing we were told about would be available to us wasn't Honored
I did message Chris today just to see if he did take care of the referral but haven't heard back from him.
I've not been with you very long I came from a bad experience with Verizon
And now all of this....
I can't believe you couldn't honor any of it for my sister or myself for bringing her.
Anywho it's very disappointing
Just needed to state the facts and how it feels an affects future deals

“They are kind to senior citizens, will help you with a written note if you are disabled, great with answering questions about your cellphones accessories and carrier service. Parking lot always has spaces. Heavily populated African America area yet you will see this location is in a thriving strip mall with plenty options and food, please people of all backgrounds come here, there is nothing to fear regardless of rumors of the neighborhood. This location has lots of customers and the employees are diversed nationalities and fluent in other languages. You may see people standing around for the store is small inside, very small, fear not and wait in your car, the patrons are nice people just say I'm waiting in my car, I'm behind that or this person, in most cases they will respect that you are next, but no one will wait for you concerning customers patrons so do your best to get back in line to enter store or come back on another day. ?”

I am a T-Mobile customer, about 4 months ago, I was having concerns with my cell phone, I visited the location at 218 Calhoun Street, in Cincinnati, OH 45219. I met an amazing resilient young lady by the name of Taylor Jones who was employed there she left a lasting impression in my life. Every time, I walk by T-Mobile location, I would think about her work ethics and customer service representative skills.

When she assisted me, I noticed her exceptional technical skill set with different functions and prompts. Her constant attention to detail were exceptional. I asked Taylor, “where did you learn how to install and insert information into my cell phone,” she stated “I learned it all on my own” with Taylor’s statement I thought she is self-taught which inspired me to learn as much as I could since I am an older lady.

I told her that I would do a google survey for her yet, I never did it so while I was at one of the public libraries on Friday 1/17/2025, I called T-Mobile to ask another question about WI-FI in the area where I reside. Taylor answered the phone, I remember her patient, kind, and considerate voice. I asked her if she remember me and she said ‘yes.’ We talked about WI-FI, not being in the area where I reside.

During our conversation she mention that her last day at T-Mobile would be Saturday (1/17/25,) I asked her why was she leaving, since I knew she was so compassionate and serious about her employment.
She stated that she was going to focus on “continuing her education first,” I was so proud of her because of how well verse her cell phone technology skills are and also her achievements.

I am doing this survey for Taylor, because she deserves recognition for being so dedicated to the T- Mobile business. Although, she will be pursing her education, could someone from the executive staff team call her and encourage her to keep thriving to do her best.

I know that she would definitely appreciate an executive from T-Mobile reaching out to her, Taylor definitely was an asset to T-Mobile, she was highly committed, consistently putting forth her best efforts, was very reliable and proactive in taking on responsibilities, always striving to improve and showing dedication to T-Mobile and her co-workers.

Before typing this survey for her I looked up every one of the executive names and their titles and was so impressed by an astronomical organization team that represent the T-Mobile.

“I switched carriers from being a T-Mobile customer for 10 years to Verizon back in August and the service is great. However, I got a pixel 10 and I erase the esim which I've done that before and haven't had any issues reactivating service. However, this time they was unable to validate account via text and they could not help me remotely, which I think is pretty ridiculous considering that I was able to give them my account number and validate anything they asked me. Nevertheless we were able to go to the store and activate a esim with no problems and quite frankly it was really fast. I do appreciate their help.

Also too just a quick recommendation to Verizon corporate about the 1-800 numbers that you call. Please fix the phone calls where when you're talking to the person on the phone, there is like a 5-second delay and it's really aggravating. And you guys are constantly talking over each other, it's a recipe for disaster, which in my case it definitely was! and it shouldn't be required by your representatives to recommend a home insurance that covers everything in your house when you're having issues with your phone and you're not really happy with the service that you guys are providing at that point in time, I think it shouldn't be counted against them. I know most companies don't care but at least I'm going to put it out there, be part of the solution not the problem!
But the store was fantastic! Thank you again so much!”
