The bar for modern customer service is on the ground these days, but Noah is in the sky, bright as the sun.”

“This store is awesome! They always take care of all my goofy Amazon returns and never judge how many times I’m in a week (I’m an indecisive and impulsive shopper.) Even when I’ve used all my tape and my printer is out of ink, they’re always there for me and have the printer warm and fresh tape on the roll! Big shout out to Sophie who took care of my returns today, she rocks! The whole store rocks! I’m glad they’re my neighborhood UPS Store because they make shipping easy! “I had items shipped here in advance of a trade show at the convention center. You need to make sure you are checked in at the convention center but the staff at FedEx were extremely helpful and professional. I needed to make a few trips to move my cases over and they were fine with that. Clean. Easy parking in front, although I don't know if the meters are monitored I got an hour just in case. Lots of last minute supplies if you forgot something.”

Another FedEx location had messed up my order and then that location didn’t have anyone available to print and cut the order properly. I went to this Shelbyville location and the sweet human working listened, fixed my order, and had me back on my way in record time. Thank you so much!”

“There's not much to say about a warehouse where you go pick up a package but make sure you have your photo ID and at least your name matches the package that you're picking up also make sure to follow the signs especially once you get in the door”

“I definitely recommend. If you have fragile items to ship, they’re where you go. It’d be sweet if they were closer to the airport, though. I dropped off about a dozen fragile items to ship home to myself because I don’t trust the airlines. I was in and out of the store in maybe 5 minutes, it was extremely fast & straightforward and the price was reasonable. My items showed up at my home near D.C. exactly 48 hours later. Unfortunately, I had 1 item break in transit but I have to admit the packing was great. I called them to see if anything can be done, and the answer was ‘no,’ and while that isn’t what I wanted to hear, it is what it is. If I could only ding half-a-star for the broken item I would. Again: I strongly recommend Fragile Pack if you need fragile glass items shipped.”

The associate that waited on me helped me activate the ink rewards bonus when I checked out that multiplied my rewards points and gave me a nice bonus.
The associates are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable at the Staples on Hurstbourne.”
“They get 4 stars just for answering the phone, being polite and courteous, and HELPFUL, which is in stark contrast, completely opposite really, of the nearby New Albany branch, which will simply put you on hold for 5 minutes and then hang up, if they answer the phone at all. If I have outgoing mail of particular importance I always drive to this PO to drop it off, to make sure that it doesn't route thru the New Albany PO.”
