“Very straight forward without much wait. I may have preferred them over the one in the rental car center (with airport shuttle,) since they had more than one rep at a time. We only had to find our way there from the to the airport ourselves which was a little bit of a hassle but no big deal. The rest of everything else was quick and efficient.”

“Made the reservation via Expedia and pre-paid
Arriving flight to NOLA meant I was 4 some hours late for my reservation but payless held it
Long line for pick up with one agent working; then after a few people were assisted, then two more agent joined in to assist the line
Signed paperwork and by the time I got upstairs, the car was ready to go
Plans changed while there and ended up staying the night and Payless made it easy to extend the reservation and I paid the difference
Drop off was easy
Other than their long line and staffing, the whole process was fine”
“We initially had some issues with our rental — the car was dirty and the tire pressure light was on. I returned to the customer service window and spoke with George (Manager) and Devontae, and they immediately stepped in to assist. They were patient, professional, and made sure we were taken care of. After their help, we were rocking, rolling, and back on the road in no time.

“This was the best place to rent a car. The new my problem and we started out with a week rental. I needed the car longer as the funeral was 5 days after I was supposed to return. I called them up and with no problem. They has everything taken care of. When I returned the car they make it so very easy. Everyone in the office was so polite and extremely understanding. I would rent from them again. We plan on more trips to Mississippi to visit family and our sons grave sight. I will be call Nifty first and advising my friends and family to use them. My car was so nice I wanted to just bring it home. So helpful and definitely the same prices as everyone else. Thank you all. If there was a 100% I would give it to you.”

“I had no problem what-so-ever with acquiring the vehicle I requested. The staff greeted me warmly, and walked me through the whole process. I asked for a Jeep, and had a Grey, 4-door, 2025 Jeep waiting for me. Returning the Jeep was very easy too!”

My experience was great. Check in took 5 minutes and check out took less than 2. Customer service was adequate, the vehicle was nice, and the process was simple and uncomplicated. Oh, and I rented through a third party and that presented no issues either. I'm glad I took a chance despite the poor feedback.”
