“On Sunday when I was driving to Portland Maine to turn in the car I learned that my flight was. delayed and I would miss my connection with the last flight of the day to Arkansas . I found I could get a flight from Manchester, NH that could connect me in Washington, DC with a flight to Arkansas. I called Enterprise and quickly arranged to charge to a drop off at the Manchester airport. I greatly appreciate Enterprise and the agent I talked with for doing this.”
“Excellent follow up. We left cash in the car and someone called us to let us know - it was a tip for someone at the airport and they assured us they would get the tip to the right person. Very kind.”
“Fantastic location and incredibly friendly, helpful staff! During my stay in Portland, I experienced a flat tire, and unfortunately, Roadside Assistance didn’t arrive. However, the manager and assistant manager went above and beyond by personally bringing another vehicle to my hotel and swapping it out for me. This level of service is exactly why I always choose National!”

“The computers were not working when I returned the car with minutes to spare... But the staff member wrote down her name and badge number, and said she would check me out as soon as possible so the car was not returned late in the system.
Sure enough, two hours later I received an email, the car had been returned on time.

“I didn’t manage to get a car because of stupid rules, but my 5 stars go to Jamie (hope I spelled her name correctly) who was incredibly kind to me and willing to help in every way!”
“It was really easy returning the vehicle. Actually park the car in the dollar return area, lock your car and drop keys in the dropbox. You'll be emailed confirmation of the bill by email. One suggestion, don't get ez pass (for toll payment) if you're not going through a lot of tolls because it's more expensive to get this with the rental cars, since they charge you a daily fee. You can set up avoid tolls in Google maps instead. Rental cars will not tell you this because it's a business to make money.”
