“On Sunday when I was driving to Portland Maine to turn in the car I learned that my flight was. delayed and I would miss my connection with the last flight of the day to Arkansas . I found I could get a flight from Manchester, NH that could connect me in Washington, DC with a flight to Arkansas. I called Enterprise and quickly arranged to charge to a drop off at the Manchester airport. I greatly appreciate Enterprise and the agent I talked with for doing this.”

“The computers were not working when I returned the car with minutes to spare... But the staff member wrote down her name and badge number, and said she would check me out as soon as possible so the car was not returned late in the system.

“It was really easy returning the vehicle. Actually park the car in the dollar return area, lock your car and drop keys in the dropbox. You'll be emailed confirmation of the bill by email. One suggestion, don't get ez pass (for toll payment) if you're not going through a lot of tolls because it's more expensive to get this with the rental cars, since they charge you a daily fee. You can set up avoid tolls in Google maps instead. Rental cars will not tell you this because it's a business to make money.”

“It is recommended to always reserve a car online instead of just showing up; that way you can make sure that they have a car for you. They explained that they tend to move the cars between locations based on reservations.I was unable to get a rental at this moment because they were all booked out, going to try another location later on.The agent I spoke with was very informative, and tried to help me to the best of his ability. While it didn't work out the way I wanted it to; all in all it wasn't a bad experience and I am willing to try with a different location to see if they have one available now.”
