“I would like to sincerely recognize Wilbur at the Cricket store for providing truly exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to help me successfully port my number from Boost Mobile, a process that turned out to be far more complicated than expected. We worked through this for nearly five days, and throughout the entire experience, Wilbur remained patient, persistent, and fully committed to resolving the issue. He even went as far as allowing me to leave my phone with him while he personally contacted customer service multiple times to obtain the necessary code and ensure everything was properly handled. His dedication and willingness to take ownership of the situation made all the difference. I had been trying to complete this port since Sunday, and by Friday, thanks to Wilbur’s determination, everything was finally resolved. Wilbur exemplifies what outstanding customer service should look like. If more businesses had employees with his level of professionalism, care, and commitment, they would undoubtedly thrive. Thank you, Wilbur, for going the extra mile and for making a frustrating process a positive experience. Your effort is truly appreciated.”

“I went to HALLSTAR Tint for a full vehicle tint removal to pass my Maryland state safety inspection. I went in at 4pm on a Thursday and it seemed like they were only working on one vehicle at a time, but the wait was very short even though I didn't call ahead or anything. The tint removal cost $120 and took about an hour. The whole process was very straightforward and the lady at the front desk was very nice. A couple of regulars came in while I was waiting and I got the impression that they have a loyal clientele. Overall I had a great experience and I would recommend their tint removal service!”

“I visited the T-Mobile store this past Friday and Saturday and had the pleasure of working with Hector. When my original line stopped working due to an exposed antenna, he efficiently helped me add a temporary additional line so I could stay connected. After 24 hours, I decided to cancel that line, and when I returned to the store, Hector handled the change with professionalism and zero pushback. He even went the extra mile by calling internal support on my behalf to ensure everything was resolved properly. Hector demonstrated exceptional customer service throughout both visits-patient, knowledgeable, and truly customer-focused. He is a strong asset to your team and would make an excellent candidate for a management role.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Dennis and JOJO! I went in interested in purchasing the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 4 and possibly a Samsung Watch Ultra. Dennis took the time to explain the differences between the open-box and brand-new options without rushing me or pressuring me into making a decision. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process comfortable. I also had questions about trading in my current watch for a newer model, and Dennis directed me over to JOJO in the Geek Squad department. JOJO was fast, efficient, and very helpful with checking my trade-in value and explaining my options clearly. In the end, I decided to go with the open-box Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 4, and I’m very happy with my purchase. Big thanks to both Dennis and JOJO for the excellent customer service and smooth experience!”

“And a half stars. I called on Saturday after 12 and was done after having speakers replaced an an external XM tuner installed. My GM radio has a defect and has to be replaced. English is they're 2nd language but make the effort they're more than worth. Under $400 tax included. They only lose a star because the bathroom is out of service and no posted wifi info and no I didn't ask. I love these guys and will be back to have my radio replaced with an OEM used one. Parking is difficult but as I pulled up about to park they waved me in.”
