They truly were the sweetest people ever and that made me feel like I made the right choice. It was such a personable experience and this is what customer service should always be!! “I can see that Kendall Biak gets plenty of good reviews. Totally justified. After the first visit I am reassured that for any repair / accessories needs it is the first place to go. Kendall knew within seconds which kind of protective case I need and installed it within minutes. She recommended the item which works great and suits my needs. Let me add that my phone is my work tool + I am doing a lot travelling so the protective cover has to be reliable. This small store has a lot of choice of other items, like for example phone attachment for vehicle. I was purchasing before protective cases and other accessories on internet - not anymore. They may be cheaper, but you do not know exactly what you are getting + installing protective screen was not easy. It needs expertise and experience what Kendall displays. Kendall should be the coach for other cellular stores. Please relate this to Kendall - You are great . Thank you - Margaret H.”

“Kathleen is great helped me and my husband twice with upgrades and once with returning the old phone after it was converted over to the new one, and each time Kathleen helped.
I wanted a purple iPhone 17 lol and they were sold out at that moment. But i ended up with the purple one that day. Kathleen went and brought it out from the back they had one left and it was behind a black one, and said “ looks like you wanted the purple one” I didn’t even tell her what color I wanted I was going to settle for the black one. I was already happy with her help , she is professional and doesn’t act like she don’t care!
We have one more phone to upgrade in June we will be going back and hopefully we get the same person!!!!

“I have to say that the store manager, Bella, is AMAZING!!! And I didn’t even know she was the manager until I was almost done at the store. Bella worked with me from start to finish. She was extremely patient, informative, and kind. She is also extremely knowledgeable about how the plans and phones work.
