“This location will have my business so long as I'm living anywhere in the area. I've been using them for 8+ years now and never had an issue. I had a major problem today with a company I was returning an item to claiming that it had never been shipped or scanned for tracking. Of course I'd misplaced my receipt from Parcel Plus showing that I had shipped the item for return. I called up Parcel Plus and spoke to Kevin who went above and beyond to help me with the time sensitive return. After a few phone calls and screenshots in emails, it seems that the issue is sorted out (fingers crossed!!). I couldn't have done it without the assistance of the wonderful employees at this location.”

“I've been here a few times now and the owner is such a friendly and helpful person. I had some packages to send off and I couldn't find a box for one of them. He was kind in offering to leave the box with him and he would take care of it for me. I even got a shipping notification later that evening. The "more" part of the store is accurate as aside from mailboxes and shipping items, you can play the lottery, use the computer, purchase snacks, greeting cards, and other random retail items.”

The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they definitely make you feel welcome & they make sure you don’t spend too much time in line as they get to everyone as quickly as possible. There are other post offices that are closer to me however, I prefer to drive drive an additional 15 minutes because you just don’t get the type of quality service elsewhere. Hats off to the the staff here.”

“I rely on FedEx Kinkos for printing needs for my small, local business. Living in metro DC, there are many for me to choose from but I always go back to this location for their service and quality of work. The manager (I didn't catch his name!) goes out of his way to ensure that my prints are done in the promised timeframe and of the highest quality. He takes the time to personally trim my laminated sheets. In one order, I had four small certificates in each 8.5x11 page and he took the time to cut each out individually. Excellent work and highly recommmend!”
